Taco Bell — Restaurant in Edmond

10/8/24- The night crew was horrible tonight. The young white boy was changing trash when me and my fiancé pulled up. So, we walked inside and he never changed out his gloves as he took our orders. So my fiancé tells him, “that she works at a fast food restaurant and he was supposed to change out his gloves after handling trash.” She further explained to him “that was cross contamination because he touched the register, etc.” Especially after he touched the mouth of the cups with those same gloves. She made him give us some more cups and throw the contaminated ones away. Only then did he change out his gloves. Next, we got our food and double checked everything. My fiancé got the Nacho Bell Grande without the beans and tomatoes. I got mines the original way. She looks at hers and noticed the young white lady fixing the orders, had put a skimpy portion of meat on the nachos. Even without the beans and tomatoes, her Nacho Bell Grande should have still been similar to the image advertised on the Taco Bell app and website. Unless that’s a false advertisement. We tell her that’s not enough taco meat, but she tells us “it is the right amount.” Which is only a scoop of meat used to fill up almost the bottom of a small bowl!” Her...

I stopped in This Morning to grab some breakfast as I had to head to Lowe's as they were the only one in the area that sandbags as I was having flooding at home, never been to this location. I believe it was around 8:45 this morning I ordered a crunchwrap breakfast sandwich, That sandwich was spot on it had so much feeling that I felt it was super heavy for the first time ever someone spread the sauce evenly so that every bite had sauce and usually it's at the bottom of the contramp and it all falls out on you and the rest is dry without sauce not this location I was so impressed I have to write this review Because whoever was cooking this morning is a rock star I know it's only Taco Bell but for the first time I so enjoyed my My breakfast So very much. Whoever made this sandwich did it with details and I'm very picky so you should give The kudos they deserve. I usually am in the Midwest City area and the Taco Bell there not so good. So thank you for making a rotten day of sandbagging...

It would have been a 5 stars easily if sometimes, at a certain time of the day, they weren’t very careless with the quantity of your food. It has to be something consistent right? I can’t come at 2pm , ask for a nacho bellgrande, get a full plate that is enough to feed me and my daughter, then come back at 6pm and get the same order with a quantity that can’t even fill my daughter. That is the only notch on them.

Other than that, they are fantastic! They are 5stars! I’m not hard on reviews, but I’ll admit that 4 stars I’m putting does hurt me a little. I wanted to put a 5. The team is always positive and smiling, and the motto stays the same no matter who works there! I know Joyce and Jamie, the manager and supervisor there, are doing a great job with keeping the crew smiling, helpful, and orderly! That is fantastic ladies! Once my order looks bigger I’ll come and give u the 5 stars you deserve😜...
