Chicken Express — Restaurant in Edmond

Disrespectful & Rude Operator ,I am always honest when I write my reviews and i’ll be alltime this way, I went this evening there on drive thru to order 2 meals tried to explain it to the D.T operator and actually she was nice.when I came back home. I found 4 boxes 3 meals(discovered later there was extra meal). opened first box & I Found alive small spider inside my meal, meals were super cold, called them to complain about overcharging (he explained to me how prices got raised sonce 3 months). Guess what happened?! I got a rude person on the phone. He didnt even accept the truth about the spider, even the price explaining he was super rude maybe he is upset cz he gave extra stinky cold meal. so was like what you want new fresh? I was like nope I dont need anything just I dont like to go on social media for bad reviews I just want to discuss it for your place… before I even complete my sentence ge said alright we are closed now and he hanged up YESSS THIS IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL.. I called again to tell him When he heard my voice he hanged up again !!!! How shameful he is for the way he treat a 3yrs+ loyal customer. I am not gonna regret exposing their attitude to public.

last thing I dont know if he was the business owner or just an employee but my Message to that disrespectful operator as a business owner. if you were working for me I would fire you the first minute Shame on you Wondering if I was rude on the phone how would act lol. I would apologize to myself for wasting this time writing this comment because of person like you. btw this is not the first time we have cases even a family members had worse than this case and they decided to not visit that place again and here I am its my turn now.

Oh Forgot to mention the total got charged: 32.54 for 2 cold Spider-chicken meals with one drink and 6 extra rolls. I recommend Chick Fil-A , Raising Canes and way more tastey places to enjoy their kindness and they...

Absolute Horrible experience at the Chicken Express location. 1000 W Danforth Rd. Edmond Oklahoma 73003. Ordered two separate orders. We had two separate orders and yet all of the food was in one box! The first order she has an allergy to meat, but wanted to try the dinner rolls. First order was simple two rolls, corn nuggets, macaroni cheese. First order food was cold. Macaroni and cheese was nasty. Second order two rolls, chicken thigh and a order of fries. Again, rolls cold and food was lukewarm. Our food was thrown into a bag with the box ripped on the side. Asked for a Manager “Olia” Explained how I watched her take the dinner rolls out of the chicken box and put in another box. Oila had the worst disposition about what she did. She did not care nor did she apologize for the cold food and for over charging us for the food. This was a horrible experience and the attitudes there were profound! I will be sure to tell anyone that has a listening ear about this experience today. To ADD the girl working the window didn’t know how to add money. I had to tell her she owes me eleven cents. Chicken express is my favorite fast food restaurant. This location always gives me small portions and it’s hardly ever fresh. Tonight I arrived about 6:20pm and my chicken strips were dry and thin. They had been sitting there for a while to say the least. I have been here many times and I keep coming back because I love the other locations. I have had several bad experiences at this location. The portions for a $13 combo is pathetic. Last fall we waited over 20 minutes for fish in the dining room and I went to see if it was still being made. The manager helped me and she was not happy to be there. She was treating the new person like they were beneath her and she wasn’t kind. It was his first day and she was speaking to him in the most disrespectful way. She was rude the entire time and we ended up leaving because she was arguing with me. I never wrote a review or anything because I hoped that she realized how awful she was being. Also, I was hoping this was just a bad day for the location. All this to say I have given them 5 other chances after this and every-time I am disappointed.
