We were 2, 60- something, first time visitors open to something new and convenient in Edmond for late lunch. They have 5-step, circle your ingredients card, process. Prepare your brain š for many order nuances ( e.g. 30/50/100 sweetness level of tea, light or heavy ice, type of milk, bowl or sushi burrito, i.e. seaweed wrap, etc ). My sushi burrito was delicious --loved my choices of wasabi mayo, red onion, salmon, white rice and avocado. Check the online info before you go if you like lots of time to consider all the options. Or grab a order card and sit down and study it before coming up to the counter. I liked the taro tea with coconut milk and 30. Very sweet even at that. Great flavor.
Friend ordered a bowl that she said was great. We passed on the desserts this time. The counter staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all questions. The proprietor came by our table to check on us. The atmosphere is clean, plenty of daylight, nice tables and modern clear chairs that are actually very comfortable as well as benches.
Easy parking, access. Fairly spacious inside. Outside, maybe one tiny threshold from lot to sidewalk, don't recall. Highly recommend. Great just for tea on a hot day. They also have fruit ( non- milk) drinks I want to try. Great offerings. Great name. Thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrinks were horrible to the fact that we just threw them away, we tried the Thai Milk Tea and a Strawberry Fruit Tea. The Strawberry Fruit Tea had a horrible artificial sweetener taste, which worried us since it was my wife's drink and she can't have artificial sweeteners. The Thai Milk Tea tasted like an overly strong brewed black tea that had an old sour bitter taste that you get when a tea has already gone bad. The interior was nicely decorated and clean but that was about all that was going for this place. The lady working came off unfriendly and seemed annoyed by questions or us unknowingly trying to order items they had sold out of. We attempted to order a Banana Pudding after we had already ordered drinks but she had a snappy reply that they were sold out and kept repeating herself. Oddly when my wife tried to request fruit added to her drink she was informed they can't do that yet when we received our drinks there were sliced lemons within it. Overall we were very disappointed because the positive reviews for this place were extremely misleading. This is the first boba tea place that we will not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate to give it a low rating because the place is beautiful, but this is based on the boba alone. It seems they focus on the poke bowl more than anything, but since the name is literally about boba I expected it to be better. We got three different milk teas, and they all tasted watered down. The tea is not strong enough, and I don't know if they put less powder in there just because we said less sweetness because they all tasted like just milk. We also got two desserts which I asked to make sure was available, banana pudding which I was really excited about and tiramisu. The employee already seemed confused, but told me they had some still. Turns out they were out of the banana pudding, and the tiramisu we got had way too much coco powder on top so that was all I could taste. This is just my personal opinion compared a lot of other boba shops. For the price compared to places like Share Tea it was not worth the money. The food might be better though. Maybe adding "and poke bowls" to your name would be more accurate. We will not...
