The Baked Bear — Restaurant in Edmond

Having ice cream delivered has always been a dream of mine & The Baked Bear left us completely stunned & satisfied! (NOTE: For times when those munchies hit, you can't drive & you're craving ice cream, this place has you covered!)

First off, that gooey butter cookie is the shiz!!! If you know gooey butter cake, this cookie won't disappoint! OMG it is heaven in cookie form. Just get one. You'll thank me later.

Second, the two pints we ordered are delicious! The Blackberry Crumble & Toasted S'mores blew away our expectations & tastebuds. So good & I love the nutmeg and cinnamon flavor in the crumble part. The blackberry swirl is delicious. Really great flavor with all the s'mores ingredients as well.

And finally, we picked up the dozen cookies, too. All were soft & very, very tasty. That Red Velvet cookie is great but we honestly loved all of them!!!

This is specifically for the food truck.

They didn't come equipped with nearly enough cookies, and since they come from 5-7 which is right over dinner hour, we didn't get there until 6:30, they ran out of cookies right as we stepped up. Secondly, minor annoyance, but I came with a fully completed loyalty card, only to find out that they don't give free ice cream at the truck. Why not? That really just doesn't make any sense to me.

Bring more cookies, push service back an hour, and it would be nice if the truck could honor the company's loyalty program as well. Until then, I'll pass on the food truck. Good idea, but the execution leaves something...
