I’m a regular customer at Jersey Mike’s, visiting around three times a week, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. The girl with pink/red/yellow hair and glasses who helped me had an unprofessional attitude and displayed a complete lack of work ethic. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she acts like she doesn’t want to be there and puts no effort into customer service.
Today, I walked in and greeted the team with a friendly “Hi, how are you doing?” and received absolutely no acknowledgment in return — not even a simple greeting. That’s not the level of service I’ve come to expect from this location. To make things worse, some of the employees appeared sluggish and disengaged, almost as if they were under the influence — which is a major concern when handling food.
This experience was unacceptable. The management needs to take immediate action to address this behavior before it reflects even worse on the brand. Regular customers like me...
Read moreThis is a great sandwich place. They have hot and cold subs with various choices. The workers are friendly and they know the menu which helps when you want to try a different sub. The famous Philly is excellent. Also recommend the brownies. Lunchtime is usually quite busy but don't worry, they have a system that works that gets you through in a timely manner. We were quite surprised how well it went. Dinner isn't as busy. We only have one negative about this place.....please don't pull your ice tea so early! They have great ice tea. But if you go to dinner here at 7, the ice tea gets pulled by 7:30. Not good. How about asking the customers if they are drinking ice tea before it's pulled? Or waiting till 8 pm? Also, wish his place was bigger and had more seatings. Other than that, I highly recommend...
Read moreI love their subs but their new manager is horrific. I never would leave a review such as this but the way he treated me was uncalled for and unprofessional. My sandwich had jalapeno. It had it had been made but yet to be picked up. The manager was unwilling to remedy the simple issue. He told me I would have to pay for another one. He told me to quit yelling I wasn't yelling I had the phone on speaker because I'm disabled and couldn't reach. However he wouldn't let me finish speaking I asked for the corporate number and his name he refused both and hung up on me. I'm shocked at the level of immaturity with customer service these days.
