Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Edmond

This location is one of the best! I had an error with an order and they resolved it within a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend everyone come to this location, the staff is one of the kindest of all of the Little Caesars locations and they care about the quality of their food! Jack, Zach (only name(s) I was able to get) but all the staff, including the managers and all that were so accommodating, they always are and they always make sure the customers get fresh pizza and they look at it for him. Excellent excellent staff!! When those guys and gals are up there, man... AWESOME SERVICE!! I've been doing service of all types, from Contracting work to engineering to just straight-up customer service. So although guys should get some sort of Merit increase. This isn't the first time we're they are on top of their game always. Out of the uncountable times I've been up there. There's only been one or two minor mistakes, if that and everybody on the shift around 7 p.m. on April 2nd. We're incredible to deal with!

I don't know them personally or anything like that, it's just I used to go to This Little Caesars when I did HVAC on the whole Center over there and I just can't say enough about how good the people...

Went in today at 6pm to pick up some quick dinner. I ordered an extra most bestest and a cheese pizza. The cheese was ready but kept in the warmer box till my extra most bestest was ready... that was exactly one hour later. The cheese pizza which was for my 8 yesr old son is dry, barely warm and the crust is incredibly hard. The manager Floyed was excellent, the young girl "Bri" was activly complaing about the busy-ness and actually openely discussed walking out on her shift with the other crew members trying to get them to do the same. Piss poor work ethic, she may have been able to move faster without her phone in her pocket. The longer haired guy boxing and cutting the pizzas just up and walked out the front door past all of us waiting, to smoke with his brother... in the middle of a rush.... there were several guests who called in ahead and had to wait more that 30 minutes. One woman waited 25 minutes for two orders of crazy bread.

Again Floyed was excellent, handled the customers well. But his crew has no respect for him and were mocking him when he would return...

Placed an order and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes. When I came back, everything was ready except the Italian cheese bread. No big deal, I figured I’d wait.

Fast forward 45 minutes later, I overhear the staff asking about the cheese bread—only to find out the cook never even put it in. At that point, I told the cashier, “Hey man, just give me what’s already ready and refund me for the cheese bread.”

Instead, the manager came over and asked if I wanted to wait for it. No thanks—I’ve already wasted enough time and missed part of my game over some breadsticks. Then he tells me they can’t refund just the cheese bread, only the entire order—and they’d have to keep the food. 😂

So fine, refund me the $40. Your loss, not mine.
