Only giving 2 stars because the employee who took my order was very kind. I live out of town and ordered a $100 bouquet that looked like a $25 Costco or Trader Joe bouquet. I was hoping for something more elaborate since it was my friends 50th! The shop knew it was my friends 50th. I will not be using this shop again! I called to let them know I was disappointed after my friend sent me a pic. The shop did review what was in the bouquet, 2 roses, 1 sunflower, and star of Lilly, the rest filler, apparently this added up to $100. No concessions made even after I told them it was over priced. I totally feel taken advantage of!

We live out of town but wanted to find a local florist to deliver flowers to our friends in Edmond. Kickingbird Flowers definitely delivered. Somehow the address we gave was one digit off. When they called my wife to get the correct address she was unavailable. The delivery driver ended up going up and down the street until he found someone who knew where our friend’s home was located. He knew the delivery was important to us. Great customer service and dedication to ensure the delivery was made. They even sent a picture of the floral arrangement to us before it went out for delivery. It was perfect. Thank you!!

This is the ONLY flower shop to choose when sending flowers/gifts. I'm from out of state and needed send my daughter special bouquet... Not only were the flower arrangement designed: STUNNING!! But delivery was so FAST, only took an hour from order time to delivery!! I was completely blindsided how quickly after order of the flowers to delivery of destination...ALSO, how BEAUTIFULLY they were arranged and choice of roses/flowers. I am in AWE, as I've never experienced better service provided on ALL fronts. MAGNIFICENT. I WILL be using their shop till the end of time!! My only complaint: that they are not located in Colorado, where I reside, as well!!! LOL THIS IS THE ONLY FLOWER SHOP TO USE!! You've made two people exceptionally happy!!! We will return and use your service, ALWAYS. THANK YOU from bottom of our hearts....

I have used this florist on several occasions and have been satisfied with their services But Just yesterday I picked up an arrangement that included 2 long stemmed roses As it t was a hot day my plans were to travel back home (5 mins away I immediately cut the stems and noticed one of the roses looked old had a brown spot on it This morning I woke up to wilted roses I called the store to see what they would do to stand behind their arrangement and provided the sales assoc with my concerns and when she came back she said the manager would not stand behind the arrangement. Seemed to want to blame me asked about the drive home and cutting the stems etc I will NEVER use this...

my fiancé & I live out of state and wanted to send a Mother’s Day arrangement to my mother in law. Since it was last minute (Wednesday/Thursday before) the website stated the florist shop had reached their capacity for Mother’s Day delivery and the arrangement would be delivered the Monday after - cool, we understand, we’re ok with that! The same day we got confirmation of our order and the florist sent us a message that they changed the delivery to the Saturday before - which it was delivered then.
