I tried Thai Corner Bistro recently and overall had a good experience. I placed an online order and everything was ready for pickup right when it said it would be, which made the process smooth and convenient. The service was quick and friendly, and everything was packed up neatly for takeout.
As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The pad Thai was okay but not particularly memorable. It had decent flavor, but I’ve had better versions elsewhere and it didn’t quite stand out. On the other hand, the spicy beef noodles were excellent. They had just the right amount of heat, the beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. That dish really carried the meal and made me glad I tried something different.
Overall, I’d give Thai Corner Bistro four stars. While the pad Thai wasn’t my favorite, the quality of the spicy beef noodles and the smooth ordering experience made it worth the visit. I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu and stick with the dishes that pack more flavor. It’s a solid choice for quick and tasty Thai...
Read moreWell, what a pleasant surprise this little jewel of a restaurant turned out to be. Clean, smart, pleasant atmosphere, great staff and nice mellow background music. This is a small restaurant, so the experience felt more personal and the food tasted fresh and bright and was obviously made to order, rather than sitting around in the kitchen.
I was looking for "PHO" type meal today, but since they have Pad Thai, which my wife loves but seldom finds good, we decided to go for a later lunch. That was a good decision.
The wife says the Pad Thai was the best she's had in decades and my noodle soup "Yen Fa To" was better than any "PHO" I've had locally. Nothing needed to be added to the soup as all the flavors were just right and complimented each other well. This is now my favorite noodle soup and was just delicious.
So many other dishes to try, so we will go back.
Congratulations on a beautiful little restaurant...
Read moreWe recently ordered takeout from Thai Bistro Corner with high hopes for a flavorful meal. Upon picking up our order, we were kindly asked to provide feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to share our thoughts.
Overall, the food has potential but unfortunately lacked seasoning and flavor. I found myself needing to add salt and pepper to enhance the taste. Specifically, the Panang Salmon, while good, was missing that distinctive Panang kick characterized by bold coconut curry flavors. Additionally, the quality of the salmon could be improved with a better cut of fish (wild caught).
We genuinely want Thai Bistro Corner to succeed and will certainly give it another try. We hope to see improvements in flavor, seasoning, and spice in the future.
I hope this helps convey our thoughts...
