McDonald's — Restaurant in Edmond

Absolutely the worst McDonald's we've ever been to! Why people in upper management are keeping this store open needs to be evaluated stat!

Placed our order at the kiosk once we walked in. Nobody at the counter and no customers except a couple of cars already going through the drive-thru.

We went to have a seat, and this is where it all began. The place was a pigsty. All the tables are sticky with trash everywhere. The gentleman who came in after us with his child even made a note of it to us. You couldn't touch the tables at all. The drink machines were a wreck and didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a while. The floors were gross. Can't even imagine what the back where our food is, is like! This is when we decided to go ahead and to-go with our food.

The other man managed to get one employee to take his order up front and that was the one and only employee we ever see the entire time we're there!

So the 4 of us waited for our orders. Right in front of the cash registers, couldn't miss us if you tried. Where the workers were hiding no one knows because you could hear the drive-thru being attended to and fries being tossed.

The other man could see his food sitting there 15 minutes after his order was taken and continued to sit on the back counter being ignored. He managed to finally flag someone down after his 20-minute wait and get his meal so his daughter could eat but he was NOT happy. We weren't either.

We didn't even get the common courtesy of having part of our food made at all. Wasn't like we ordered a complicated meal. 6-piece chicken nuggets happy meal, plain regular cheeseburger, a plain double bacon cheeseburger meal, with 2 sweet teas, chicken strips, and honey for dipping sauce.

My husband had to again wait and flag down an employee and explain why he wanted his money back and not the food! WERE YOU REALLY TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR AIR?!?! During this, the other gentleman stated we had even come before him!

The employee then did 6 laps around the building because he couldn't locate the manager. When the manager finally came upfront evidently they didn't even know how to void a ticket let alone refund us our money! Another 10 minutes of waiting for a refund because he had to do it one item by one. SERIOUSLY!?!

If only negative stars existed this store and...

I was in the drive thru and had two separate orders. We paid and pulled up to the second window. After I received my order my fries were cold, so I asked if I could get fresh fries. My passenger spoke up and asked it she could also get fresh fries in her order, that she hadn’t received. The lady asked if we asked for fresh fries when we placed our order, I didn’t answer. When she came back she asked me for the fries back. I explained they are upside down in my bag so they may not all be there. As I was handing her the fries the manager stormed up to the window and was saying we weren’t going to be rude to his employees as I was chunking the fries that fell on my arm out the window. No one was ever rude to her, I simply asked for fresh fries. He than told me that I wasn’t going to disrespect his establishment and that we could leave. I explained that we didn’t have our food and he told me he didn’t care. I asked for a refund on both of our orders since he didn’t want to provide the food we had paid for. He told me no. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. Her baby is in the back seat crying because he wants his food. I will never again eat at...

This specific locations staff is so unprofessional and rude. Almost every time I come here has been a bad experience as far as the customer service but yesterday definitely topped it off I came by here between 9 and 9:20 went through the drive thru, they asked if I was using my mobile rewards I said yes and to hang on while the code loaded and then I went on to tell them the code and got no response I sat there and waited several minutes and said hello repeatedly and again I got no response so I decided to drive off and go to another location. I will never do business with this location again as long as I am in the Edmond area no matter how close it is!

Also this location needs to be trained again on how to make iced coffee! Ive came here on two or three separate occasions in the past for a caramel iced coffee and it taste like straight coffee its like they didnt even add any type of caramel to it or anything! Waste of my...
