I came to the store and used my phone to order online. We almost completed or online order and I was having issues with the app processing payment. I walked up to the counter and had let the male worker know what was happening and he said to hold on and asked for the female to assist me in the online ordering process. I had told her that I was having issues with it. And she just read .y phone screen and said to use a 2nd card. Well I know for a fact that it was not my card at fault as I just used it at that store the night before. Then she tells me that I was acting rude and I told her that I was asking her why it will not process payment. I asked her why she was being rude to me and that all I was asking her to do is help with the order processing I truly believe that since she did not know how to help she got extremely defensive so I told her that I would never return to that store again. And then she tells me that I was being kicked out of the store and to never return. All because I had asked her to help with my online order processing. I would suggest to anyone to go to a different subway a d stay far away from this hate...

First someone need to explain the manager that the fact you're managing, doesn't mean you need to ignore a whole 45 second the person who stand there waiting to pay you three feet from you and you don't give a s**t and continue your business... Second but most important problem is what people come to eat in Subway. The sandwiches. I set there to eat and I noticed the bread was...a freaking DAY OLD BREAD. No problem I said probably one time thing but then I saw here on comments and feedbacks more and more people complaining about that DAY OLD BREAD which apparently this branch on kelly ave. serves costumers... If you're a Subway manager or even Subway executive you must understand that the reason people return to the same place is when they ate something gooood. Read moreThe lady who made my sandwich was very sweet and did a wonderful job. As for the lady who rang up my order today, Sunday April 15th, around 12pm to 12:30pm, no. She was completely rude. First, I asked for pepper and you could clearly tell the pepper shaker was out, and she acted like she was putting pepper on it. Secondly, I ordered 2 footlong orders, both toasted. She didn't even offer a bag, she expected me to take the both in hand and carry them out. When I asked for a bag, she acted like I asked for a million dollar favor by huffing and puffing. While putting my sandwiches in, she was smashing them together to fit in the bag. When she then handed the food over, she did it very unprofessionally. She was white, brunette had a nose ring, kind of on the "plus" size, to identify her a little more. Please fix this as I could tell others in line were not liking her attitude as well so she could definitely cost this...
