Smiling Moose — Restaurant in Edwards

I'm not a huge sandwich fan but I love a good burger. This Smiling Moose location recently added burger concept called Burger Sear.

I was a little skeptical about a previous sandwich only place making a good burger but I was wrong. I had the original burger, waffle fries, and even tried a hot dog (something I wouldn't normally order).

I cannot lie the burger and hot dog were delicious. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and had a great balance of veggies, meat, cheese, sauce, and bread. The hot dog was also very flavorful and there was not too much breading which sometimes happens. The fries were a bit dull, may have been under the heat lamp for a bit and could have used some more salt.

All-in-all it was great! I even went back the next week to make sure I wasn't just really hungry on my first visit. It was just as good the second time...maybe even better since the fries were fresher. Highly recommend. Keep up...

Use to be the BEST place ever - we consistantly leave now with what we did not order, grease etc. This is suppose to have NO VEGGIES and we had trouble even finding meat!!!! Plus, it is a sloppy greasy mess, and I am not sure this passes for a Mighty Mo anyway. Dealing with the people (who for years know our order and looked at this sandwhich and wrapped it anyway) they are now very rude as well - one place in the Valley I see staff for years, and they think they are they Mayor of Edwards. We will never go back, we got sandwhichs like this over a dozen times and when you try and fix it, they are horrible to you. NO MORE we will waste $50 on 3 items here!!! And had you just been NICE, that is all we want as customers- they sandwhich...

Hello, I would like to share an unpleasant experience I had with this deli and the customer service of their headquarters. Last Wednesday, coming back from hanging lake, my girlfriend and I stopped by the deli. We were in a time crunch, so we ordered and quickly left. I am very allergic to avocado, and specified twice that I could not have it on my sandwich. We left and found out that they had smeared it all over the sandwich, after it had taken twenty minutes to make.
