I really wish this place served better food. I've given them several tries since they opened, but they have dropped the ball on each occasion. Once ordered a burger and small fries to go. Got home a mile away and found a big greasy bag of soggy fries. Yesterday's visit featured a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with tough meat that was laden with big blobs of fat all the way through. It felt like I was chewing a mouthful of rubber bands. The meat had bad flavor as well. My wife asked for the onions on her burger to be grilled. They served it with both fresh and grilled onions. While I was there, not only did I have to show the staff a piece of uncooked raw hamburger meat on the bottom side of my bun- which I can only infer was because of an unclean kitchen, but at least two other guests had to come up to the register to mention an issue or forgotten ingredient with their meal. Never did I hear any apology, I was given a new bun to scrape my burger onto and when I asked for a refund of just my burger, (I could not eat it after that, but ate the rest of my meal) it took the person working the register long enough to look for her managers phone number that I left without dinner or my money back because I had other plans to attend to.
