Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Effingham

*First part is regarding steak and shake but it all plays into the Little Ceasars review as well).... So I had 3 hungry teen boys at my house that wanted some food from steak and shake and little Ceasars. I decided we s had ordered ahead on the steak and shake app thinking that might make picking up my sons food faster. Pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait. So I waited between 5 and 10 minutes then told them I had an app order they said to pull on up to the window. I get tothe window and see my sons shake and soda sitting on the counter ready to go so thought food must be about done also........nope I sat at the window and waited just a couple minutes shy of 30 minutes I kept hoping at that point they were going to remake my sons shake and soda because it was just sitting there that whole time melting.....finally hand me the melting shake and the watered down soda and the bag of food. While waiting on the steak and shake food I wen ahead and ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks and an order of breadsticks and sauce from Little Ceasars so that would be ready for pickup so when I finally left steak and shake I went for the sticks and they told me they were still working on the cheesesticks and to pull to the front of the store so I pulled upfront and sat and sat and sat ANOTHER 30 minutes before I finally walked into and asked her about them amd she just kind of looked at me awkwardly like she didn't know what I was saying I told her I had ordered ahead and had went through the drive through and she told me to go park and she would bring it out to me bur she never did. You could tell by her expression that she completely forgot about me waiting on the food and I was so frustrated by this point because I had a shake completely melting out of the cup onto the cup holder outside in my vehicle with what was by then the cold food from steak and shake. So she grabs the food but forgets a couple of the sauces that go with them which I didn't even notice until I got home. Neither place offered a refund or coupons for the wait or anything! So I travel back home to tell 3 teen boys that I was so sorry they had to wait 2 hours for me to get it all picked up and back home and on top of all that the food was cold and gross from all the time it had sat. So both places offered up extremely long wait times, poor service and expensive, nonedible, meals that all ended up in...

Called 30 minutes ahead of time for a classic pepperoni well done. I get there and it’s still not done and hasn’t even been cooked yet. But the cashier didn’t even have the decency to tell me that. Instead customers came in and got served their food even after mine was already ready in the heater. And this is all 40-45 minutes later that I finally get my pizza. And the best I get is an “oops sorry” under the cashiers breath and some homeless looking man in the back giggling instead of working. What a crew you guys have here. exactly what you would expect from little Caesar’s though, this place will always be mediocre at best.

And the next time going in, I call it in well done again. And when we get there and get it it’s not well done, and has someone else’s name on it named heidi lol. Just close this dump if you guys can’t even get a well done pepperoni...

They fired a manger who was a protected veteran with PTSD there in violation of federal law and Americans with disabilities because they did not afford the opportunity for reasonable accommodations. And they prevented her from obtaining unemployment. She is entitled to back pay lost wages and pain and suffering for DISCRIMINATION. They took the side of an employee over the manager she is my wife and I am a protected veteran I was unemployed due to an episodic period of PTSD and phycosis. We endured hardship and there supposed to undue hardship in the event of an episodic breakdown . They discriminate against veterans . There pizza is good and fast service ive chosen not to have anything go do with them. They also escorted me of the property o e day for just showing up and asking for her...
