Juliano's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Egg Harbor Township

I have lived in the area my whole life and passed by this place many times. It wasn’t until a coworker recommended Juliano’s to me for their amazing wings that my husband and I actually tried it for ourselves. My coworker did not let me down because their buffalo tenders were incredible! The were so tender and the buffalo sauce was perfect. Not too spicy with a very slight sweetness. I would argue they might be the best buffalo tenders in the area!! We also got the grilled mahi tacos and Juliano’s salad. The tacos were a pleasant surprise! The mahi tasted fresh and they put so much of it in the tacos. We didn’t even touch the salad because the tacos and tenders were so filling! Took the salad home and had it the next day and that was good as well. We went on a Sunday night and sat at the bar. We watched the football game surrounded by locals and it was the exact vibe we wanted. No frills dive bar to watch the game with some good food and beer. Ordered take and prepaid WITH TIP like always. I pick the order up, confirmed the payment went through, and walked out. I was then chased to the parking lot and told I need to come back inside. I go back in and I'm told she needs to write a tip on my receipt and tip the server. Aside from the fact the tip was already paid, who is she to write what my card will be charged and to chase me to my car over it? Is there any conduct direction or are they allowed to assume whatever they want and write what ever tip they want to my bank account. All she had to do was read. Luckily the actual server asked what was wrong and corrected her.. after being pulled inside in front of other patrons as if I'm skipping a bill. Great food, excellent wait staff. Most bartenders are great. Had a problem with one bartender Bob. We sat with empty drinks for some time while he chatted with one individual. I must have made a face. He asked me if I had a problem. I wouldn’t have said anything if not asked. I said we have been waiting for some time. He became defensive stating a customer asked him a question. We are friends with the customer and watched them chatting for a bit. I said please just cash us out. He became angry and started pointing his finger in my face. I said just get the check loudly and he completely flipped and left. The original excellent bartender we had (Brandon) cashed us out.
