Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in El Cajon

Totally messed up order with our dinner, gave us all the wrong meals except for one. It was the ending of my evening and I was at the other side of El cajon and very tired. But I went back anyways to get the right order, didn't bring the wrong meals back and I was given a hard time with getting the right one. I am not a happy costomer, when some one really screws up your order and they give you a hard time when I took the time to go back as tired as I was 😂 not a good thing with customer service. And as I was walking out I felt that the manager was talking behind my back to two young women of the same culture because it took so long. I'm not racist, I Luv all my sisters n brothers but I don't have patience for rudness when it wasn't my error. Not a happy costomer and it didn't look good on Someone who claimed she was the store manager. I came in to use some coupons I got in the mail. First impression was a greasy smell and a floor that needed cleaning. I ordered a bacon avocado thickburger which was okay except for the long black hair I pulled out of it. Only four of the twelve drink dispensers were working, so I really didn't get the drink I wanted. While I was in there, a few of the homeless people who live in the back parking lot came in with their own containers and helped themselves to free drinks; a definite health code violation. One guy did it while one of the crew stood by wiping down the drink machine, she didn't say or do anything about it. The French fries were okay but not great. But the fried zucchini was surprisingly good. I was afraid to use the restroom because I'm certain the crowd out back are regulars in there, which is part of the reason they stay. "Let me tell you, the food was really tasty and the BURGERS were massive for the price! I mean, talk about value for money. In today's day and age, shelling out almost $10 for a burger, I expect nothing but the best, am I right? Can I get an AMEN, please? :)

While the food and size of the burgers definitely impressed, I can't help but stress the importance of exceptional customer service, especially when dining at fast food establishments. These days, it's not just about the food—it's about the overall experience. With prices on the rise, it's crucial that every aspect, including service, stands out.

Even so, the delicious food and generous portions are definitely worth a visit. If they can step up their customer service game, this spot could easily become a go-to for anyone craving a satisfying meal. Looking forward to seeing some positive changes!"
