I called in my order and my order was confirmed and when I get to the counter the person is very rude and she was very defensive right away and kept on telling me that she already confirmed my order with me when it doesn’t sound like her on the phone. She got my order wrong, blaming me for her mistake and I still have to pay for it. She’s very unprofessional I never had a bad experience in this pla e before it’s a first with her. When I waited already 30 minutes for my order and I checked on how long I still have to wait again she’s very defensive and rude about it. I am not going to order at this place when I see that she’s the one on the counter again. There is a young lady who works at the counter who consistently treats me differently from other customers. While every other cashier greets me politely and provides friendly service, she always seems annoyed by my presence, as if I’m inconveniencing her by simply walking in.
I’ve observed her interacting with other customers—she smiles, engages in friendly conversation, and provides great service. But when it’s my turn, her demeanor completely changes. There’s no greeting, no smile, just a cold and dismissive attitude. It’s clear that this isn’t a general issue with the staff, as everyone else treats me with the same level of courtesy they extend to other patrons.
Because of this repeated experience, I’ve decided I won’t be spending my money here anymore. My company is just down the street, and many of my coworkers frequent this place for lunch throughout the week. However, I refuse to support a business where I don’t feel valued as a customer.
