I am a disabled American Veteran(as classified by my pension) and always take advantage of the free meal offers on Veterans Day. I go as far as to select the restaurants that I will visit for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I saw ads from Little Caesar for the option of a $5.00 Pizza or the Lunch Combo. The nearest was the 750 Fletcher Parkway, El Cajon, Ca. The hours of the offer was from 11am -2pm. I called ahead to see if they were participating and got the okay to come by with ID. I arrived at 1:45 pm, showed my ID requested the free $5.00 pizza. The young female at the register responded, "Its not free." I reminded her of the ad and she responded,"Its for the lunch combo only." When I told her that I'd be okay with that, she responded, "I'm sorry, we ran out." Seeing that she had a nervous smile on her face, I did not want to make her uncomfortable so I left. I have no proof but I had a gut feeling that she was being less than sincere. Patron will respect your business if you simply say that you are not a participant in the promotion. Feeling that they were less than sincere, I am not comfortable being a paying customer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe did a phone order and when I arrived 15 min later they hadnāt even put the pizza in. When the handed the cheese bread it was all smushed. We got home and I order half and half because one kid doesnāt like pepperoni and the cut the pizza so horrible. Then we got breadsticks and they are super dry and burnt. When leaving I noticed the lady making the pizza had long craZy nails. I told the girl in the front that why isnāt she wearing gloves. The girl explained itās normal we donāt wear gloves and she always does her pizzas with her nails. I thought if you have nails you wear gloves as a health process but in there case they donāt care. I asked to speak to a manger they said heās not there come back tomorrow I asked for a supervisor to contact he said heās not here . The girl went back to the back started chatting up with the other employees and apparently it was funny to them. After that the girl in the front was just so snobby. Here is a picture of our horrible dinner. One they should cut the pizza & two they should contact health department since they think itās ok the make food with long...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince when did this change stop posting complete price list? I wanted to be able to compare with pricing between a thick crust and a thin crust and toppings. Unfortunately the counter clerk couldn't do the calculation he couldn't provide a menu that how those calculations on it either. I was in there a few minutes before noon which is the rush hour. I was the only person there. They advertise hot and ready. But there was only one pizza hot and ready and I was prepared to purchase multiple pizzas. A reasonable expectation would be that a busy store would have more than one pizza. Apparently they no longer feel that they'll have a lunch rush, so they don't make enough basic product to actually be "hot and ready". Moreover the prices have doubled. The only good news is it tastes exactly the same. In summary if you are looking for pizza do not expect Little Caesars to provide it quickly or inexpensively any longer. Do not expect staff to be able to provide adequate pricing numbers without slowly inputting every single individual items separately on the cash register. It felt like theater...
