For the most part my son and I had a pleasant experience. Overall a significantly large and clean bouncing area with multiple different structures. The only part of our experience that was a disappointment, was the old lady they placed at the front gate to collect the money. Due to this being our first time here, I had questions since I didn't intend to participate. Rather than answer my questions, what she did manage to do was greet me with one of the most negative and rude attitudes I've ever experienced at a children's event. Not only was she extremely rude, but she then proceeded to follow us around the area attempting to verbally harass me in front of my child. FunBox as a whole gets an A+. The rude FunBox representative at the front gate, gets a GIANT F. Took a picture so anyone reading this can have a heads up. Try and avoid this one at all cost.

We had a blast and It’s HUGE! Make sure you bring your water & food, it’s a workout lol. Two major issues with the experience: 1. It is extremely rough. Too rough for toddlers at times. There desperately needs to be a play area for under 5 years old only. We had to be in constant watch to avoid people from trampling our toddlers. 2. It is DIRTY. I was shocked that a bounce house can look that dirty. To the point where you HAVE to put filters on your photos lol But overall a good time. I would do it again when my kid is older. I loved that we did the 4pm slot, I felt like it wasn’t as crowded/hot like other people complained of. Ps. We also only paid $6 for a parent/child combo. So for the price it was a steal. Wait for the last weekend for deals!

We attended a birthday party here last month and it was awesome!! My boys age 10 & 12 had a great time. I also had fun too, it was a workout for me. This place is for all ages, however young kids will need supervision for safety. Bc the older kids are running and playing tag. Adult does have to pay to go in. We went on Friday right when they open so it wasn’t as busy. We ended up staying for 3 sessions, you do have to pay for each 90mins session. Bc they’ll kick you out 5 mins before the next session to tidy up the place. The staff are all so kind and welcoming, I highly recommend this place. Here’s a pic of our big group, missing a few friends…

I went twice this season to FunBox. This was our first year going. The first time, we went with a group of friends. I was impressed with the jumpies BUT:

  1. I did not like that they charge parents for entry even if they aren’t jumping. I had a little baby with me, jumping was not going to be an option.
  2. do not sell a time slot or advertise for 90 minutes of play when you kick people out at 80 minutes. If you go at 1:30 for example, you’re expecting to jump until 3pm. But in order to squeeze every dime in, you are supposed to be out by 2:50pm, for example, so new jumpers can start at 3pm. Poor business practice.

The second time I went, was on the very last day, at 4pm. The jumpies were absolutely filthy and they were majorly leaking so adults were sinking. It was gross, very unlike the first time. The outsides of the jumpies looked like they were honestly covered in chocolate ice cream from top to bottom. Like they don’t bother cleaning the surrounding before deflating them each day. The shaded sitting areas were filthy.

My general consensus is, it’s overpriced for sure. It’s a one and done deal. We decided to go a second time on the last weekend because there was a $9 deal and we could bring my husband this time, but we will not be going again. Hire some staff, clean...

We went on Sunday 6/23/24 and it was hot af! I think this place should have a limit on when to be open because the jumpers burned everybody. Most people left within the 20-30 minutes. I went on a couple slides and got burned and so did my son. Even the floor was extremely hot I have a blister ok the bottom of my foot. If this place is going to be open under hot temperatures than have more shade all around both on and off the jumpers. Like I said even walking from one jumper to another sucked. The place was also really dirty. The table area had a lot of trash all around and the jumpers looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. A lot of sticky stuff all over and black. It was not a good experience even for the 9 dollar special. Under extreme weather conditions at least give us the option to refund the tickets. We bought before we knew the weather was going to...
