Donut Palace — Restaurant in El Centro

So I went to get four donuts and a drink like I always do and the same lady that is there all the time she is rude every single time I go even if I try to be nice to her I told her I wanted four donuts she gave me one and wasn’t paying attention to me at the window because she kept talking and talking and talking to her coworker and when she finally came to the window, I said I wanted four donuts you brought me one and she still talking to this other lady as I am talking to her so what does she do? She gives me one doughnut and then I get mad and tell her you gave me only one donut I told you I need four. She should actually listen to the customer pay attention to me when I’m trying to communicate with her instead of talking and gossiping with the other lady in the store she would probably be able to complete my order instead she was blaming me that I was telling her the wrong number I think I know how many donuts I want. I go there all the time and get four donuts, she is naturally rude. Every time I go there I can’t say it enough times she acts like I’m a burden to her because I’m asking for her to get off her lazy butt and work. I don’t know who the manager is or the owner, but I would want them to contact me , and I would like them to do something about this I like going there, but I don’t like the service that the Lady gives me she’s just disrespectful and rude I had a friend on the phone that was on the speakerphone that she heard me ask for four donuts every single time and the lady heard her say that, and then she tried to argue with me and I told her I’m not gonna argue with you. I happened upon this place long ago randomly when I was looking for a bite late at night. Their pastrami sandwich was great, BUT!- more importantly: I’ve been an old-fashioned donut fan my entire life, and I’ve had them all over the United States. Having said that, I must say- these guys have perfected the old-fashioned donut: just the right amount of crisp on the outside, and deliciously dense on the inside. Mouth-watering flavor. The sides break off perfectly, if that’s how you choose to eat it.. The chocolate and maple ones are just as good- all that great texture with even more flavor… I live on the East coast, but anytime I think about this place, my mouth waters. Went to get a burrito cane Asada with no rice and beans and lady told me They couldn’t do that that I have to get the rice and beans I told them I’ll pay whatever it costs I just can’t eat beans I’m allergic... she said well there’s nothing I can do and you can talk to the manager about it I said let me talk to him. She said you can call him yourself.... this is the WORST experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had... if someone tells you they’re allergic to something you shouldn’t try and force them to order it....
