Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in El Centro

We order online for pick up and the app said to come a half hour later. We came at the designated time however my name was not on the pizza portal. We asked the front desk when the pizzas would be ready (which were 3 classic pepperoni). They told us it was still in the oven. We then waited for 30 MINUTES after the designated time. I really didn't like it when me and my man had ordered pizza because as I was waiting in our van, and the store ladies were out there smoking a cigarette which was really rude and I can't be around any smoke because I am on oxygen and that nasty cigarette smoke was literally coming through my vents in our van, I don't think I will be getting any pizza there anymore, in which I think that the customers should inspect there pizza and also smell their pizza, because the workers still went back their in the kitchen with that nasty cigarette smell on their shirts!!!! They are consistently late preparing orders and the staff is always so rude and has no idea what is going on half the time. It's always a bad experience with this location. It never fails..it's either my order is never prepared on time or part of it is missing, and when I ask about my order or missing items, they say they don't know and tell me my order was lost and they don't know what happened to it and that it will be another 20 mins to prepare it again, and this is ordering on their portal!
