I don't like dunkin' donuts. I've had it all over the country and was reluctant to go to this one. I like this dunkin donuts The differences here and night and day. The line was worth the wait. The staff was friendly and unnecessarily apologetic. The service was fine, and both the pastries and drinks are great. The wait can be long, but seeing as how they just opened up the spot here, understandable. When something opens the first months are usually rocky. But this was perfect and I actually want to come back to this place. The atmosphere is like any other dunkin'. I wouldn't mind spending my time here. You can tell the staff is back and forth between attending customers and attending the rest of the place. Seeing the poor is honestly a bit shocking.

When I brought it up, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Even after choosing to remove an item from my order, I was still charged for it, which was disappointing. Interactions with management haven’t been particularly helpful either, and the overall service tends to feel rushed, even when the store isn’t busy. Wait times are often longer than expected, and basic order accuracy continues to be a challenge. Read morei went yesterday and i was the first one in line and Andrew saw me and i know because we made eye contact so he knew i was inline first, i also had a timer for lunch break while i was waiting to be attended i get ignored and Carlos then helps the person behind me when clearly they had cut in line to see the menu but instead of Andrew communicating with Carlos he smiled and went back to his area on what he was doing & i took that as being rude , it’s not the first time Andrew does that , & i let it slide a couple times but he keeps doing the same , so then Carlos as well takes the order of the person who had went to look at the menu first when i was there waiting patiently to be assisted! bad customer service please...
