Today 6/25/25 @4:36pm i had the worst customer service from an associatevwho said her name was Samantha. She was extremely disrespectful to the elderly women in front of me. I was ordering 2 subs from another associate and Samantha decided she wanted to ring me up before i was finished ordering. She kept talking over her associate and telling me my total before i reached the register. I had to ask her to wait and she was madder after and more rude. I gave her my coupons and asked her for the price of the cookies and paid. She turned to walk away and i asked for my recipt which she responded rudely "you want a receipt" i let her know she should ask next time before assuming a customer doesn't want a receipt. She rolled her eyes and used a patronizing tone have a good day. I asked her her name and she ignored me so i asked again and she said Samantha. Im not one to post negatively unless the service is really bad but treat your elderly with respect please. Its not okay to be disrespectful like this. If you have a bad day ask someone else to take over and take an extra break. But the attitude and disrespect was beyond disbelief. Ill just stick to the imperial location.

I understand sometimes it gets busy but there are times there’s no one in the store and they are barely working on my order. Sometimes I order all the way in Calexico and when I get here is still not done then I have to wait 15-30 more minutes. Today my order said pick up at 2 and it’s past 20 minutes, employee has not started my order. Update: 40 minutes still no order started Second update 50 minutes waiting for the guy to refund because this is outrageous. Read moreI placed an online order today 8/17/25. With pick up 30 minutes later. My wife arrived to pick it up & half the order was missing. My wife asked the counter person Samantha where the chips, cookies & drinks were. Samantha then proceeded to raise her voice and told my wife it wasn’t on the order. She slammed down 2 cups (only 1 fountain drink was on the order the other was a 20oz soda) my wife left came home, told me what happened & I returned with the bag.
