Horrible customer service from manager and employees. Don’t bother ordering here very unprofessional. Ordered two sandwiches to eat with my pregnant gf and when it came to pick them up everything seemed fine at the moment. Came 5-10mins early to see if my order was ready but I had to wait and see them prep my sandwich.By the time it was ready I took it home and realized my food was cold,very dry, not to mention it’s a hot sub. Felt uncooked. Missing toppings.Looked my it was made with hatred.Called the store to see if I could get a refund or a new sandwich,but the workers decided to tell me to come back so I did. By the time I get there they denied my request and manager got very aggressive and told me since I got a promotional deal for my subs they shouldn’t be made the right way since I paid less than they are usually priced at. I looked to realize that they were being rude and telling me to not order ever again from that location since I was the problem here when all I wanted was a refund or a remake. My sandwiches were pretty much untouched except for a bite on each one and they took them back and didn’t want to give me a refund until I told them I would call the police for being unprofessional and rude.
