KFC — Restaurant in El Dorado

KFC is an old look establishment,they need new sign going n an drive thru looks even worse. When asked about your order they are so quick to take it regardless if it's right or wrong, they're so quick to get you to the front it's ridiculous. You never know what they're out of until you get to the front because it might be catch up or napkins or something. Even though they really are nice about the situation no matter what it's still poor service not to have the basic necessities also they may not even have your average sporks. Hello im going to becvery specific about the kfc in eldorado ar. Its entirely to cold inside the dining area. Thats very uncomfortable. The chicken on the buffet sets to long and was cold. Iseen an female employee tast food off her hand and never washed them before handling food!!! The parking lot is very ragged and trash was sitting out the back door were customers could see it while in drive through. This is very poor. If the kernal seen this he would roll over in his grave!!! Review camera on everything i said....

This was our 3rd and final attempt at trying this location. Everytime we go through the drive through we have had to wait on chicken, this time they said 9 mins, we agreed to wait..20 mins later just as we were about to go inside, they came out with our food. The chicken was horrible, way to much soggy batter, and so greasy..some pieces we weren't sure which part of the chicken they came from. Third strike.. we are out!! I doubt this place stays open much longer, it needs...
