I'm a contractor for Uber eats and I came in 8/03/2024 to pick up an order for a customer that placed an order on Uber eats. When I showed up the order was not ready and I waited about 15/20 min before the order was ready, and I had shower the order that is on my phone using the Uber eats app for drivers, that clearly shows the name, order number and itemized list of what was ordered. Then some middle aged man with a grey shirt tells me to confirm the order, Soni told him I the order is confirmed that I'm picking up the correct order, which I showed the order on my phone to multiple employees. The middle aged man insists on giving me habitual orders and I asked him what he's talking about about, he kept reaching to touch/ grab my phone. I told the employees there, that I well versed in how to proceed with I'm doing the a good delivery job for Uber eats. Some short female employee started telling me about a policy that has nothing to do with me as a contractor. I cannot and will not click order picked up on my application until I physically receive the order, which in the end the employees refused to provide th order that was purhcswd already, those employees have no right to refuse to provide the order to the delivery driver if that driver showed the order multiple times and they simply waste the drivers time and the customer time for trying to push a policy onto a non churches chicken driver. I personally will never buy any food from this location and I will also not accept orders that come through Uber eats for this location. As they were unprofessional in how they handled the situation. A customer did not receive their order because these trivial employees refused to provide the order. I hope the customer calls to complain about the employees decision regading...

What i thought was very generous was on Saturday,November 14, 2020 at the Churche's Fried Chicken on Garvey Ave and tyler in El Monte a homeless man walked into churches and order a 3 piece 1 buiscut meal nd only had $2.00. One of the females enployees there the homeless man asked for the meal nd when the employee told him the total the homeless man told the employee that he didn't have more money but that he was very hungry havent ate in 4 days. The employee repeated the order back to the man. The man said " yes mam please". The employee got the man his meal nd gave it to the homeless. The man had put on the shelf the $2.00. When yhe employee gace the man his meal she put her hand over the money and slided the $2.00 back to the man. The man told the employee. Thank you. As he was exiting the door he stop and said my lord please give that young girl alot more blessings than what she already has. My lord did you just see what she did for me. Thank you my lord for her blessing heart she has. And walked outside nd sat on the sidewalk nd begin to eat. I thought what that employee did really came from her heart. There should be alot more people like her. O think her boss should do something good for that young...
Read moreBeware of employee Angelica R and letting her take your order. She did me dirty and on purpose. I went thru the drive thru, was wanting to try their spicy 2 pc, jalapeno biscuit and jalapeno for 3.99. she tried offering me the $11.99 special version which only has a mashed potatoe included as the difference. I said no thanks. Told her my order. She then asked me like 3-4 follow up questions which I kept saying no to, then she couldn't hear me so I said it louder and a little frustrated. She coldly said "pull forward.". I got my order, and something told me check it before leaving the parking lot. I quickly noticed the biscuit was super dark, very tiny, and H.A.R.D. I went inside, they said sorry (like if they didn't know the biscuit should've been tossed out instead of given in an order) and gave me the only other one left (hmmm) which just so happened to be fresh. I went back to my car and drove off. Got home, and realized Angelica got me again! I was missing my jalapeno! Beware. Shes bad...
