I come here like once every 2 weeks when I have my prenatal check up up the street. Usually there's a guy on dt who is super friendly has manners.the works. Super cool guy.but I walked in today and saw this lady. Who claims to be the general manager.let me tell you I am 8 months pregnant. I asked her employee nicely can they please make the bean burrito I ordered only beans BEFORE they made it. She told the "manager" then proceeded to give me a regular burrito. I checked before I left and I came to the counter told her I asked her to please make it just beans. Well all of this escalated pretty quickly because miss manager here decided she needed to raise her voice at me at tell me she wasn't going to remake it just because she didn't feel like it.yelling at me. Telling me I messed up and not her. So I ordered again. Got a right burrito. Asked for their complaint number and store # the employee says the cashier will give it to you. I ask who's in charge this lady says she is. Already yelling not willing to even try to help. There's no customer service. Not just did she call me fat (I'm 8 mnths pregnant) she said she hopes I never come back , tried to doen talk me tlking about she doesn't eat fast food like if she's too good for it. Idc where this lady eats it's obviously not helping her addittude. Refused to give me her name or a number told me to figure it out. Insulted me. Read moreTerrible service. Sunday 7-10-22 at around 11am I ordered one combo box at the drive through and he told me to wait in the front and he'll take me the one order to my car. Then 15 minutes passed in the hot sun with my family in the car and I had to go in and ask for my one combo. He told me it was just ready. I really don't think it's true since they had no customer inside and it shouldn't take over 15 minutes for one combo box. If he had forgotten about me that's understandable but don't lie to me. He then gave me a attitude saying 15 minutes wait was not a long wait. He has some nerves. Then the combo box was all greasy over it and I asked for a bag and he told me they don't have bags. Restrooms were for customers only, so I purchased a simple item and got the code for the restroom. There are two restrooms with gender neutral signs. They gave me a code and it only worked on 1 restroom (we tried the code on both restrooms). We both were like that's okay, we can just go after each other. One lady comes running in asking for the code to use the restroom and tries on the other restroom not being used and it didn't work. As our restroom was occupied, she went to ask for the other code for the other restroom and the male worker claimed that the other restroom is for men only. So she had to wait in line.
