Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in early morning before going to work. I just went to buy a donut before going to work I already had my coffee. I was buying my donut and asked if I could have some sugar for my coffee as it still wasn’t sweet enough. Lady was super rude and started shouting ! You need to buy some coffee in order to get sugar. I since already being a customer thought it wouldn’t be a big deal having a teaspoon of sugar. She was shouting loud and other customers could listen. I was super embarrassed. Makes me wonder how she treats other customers. I told her I didn’t want the donut after all and she was like oh I don’t care. Never going back to that...

I used to be a regular customer 2 or 3 times per week. But today i ordered an orange boba and the flavor was so bad. I asked the lady who made it to prep another flavor for me. And she refused to give another one. After I reminded her that I was their regular customer. She told me she'll give you one more for the half of the price.
