My recent experience at McDonald's store #22304 for breakfast left much to be desired. I visited the branch, hoping for a quick and satisfying morning meal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite.
Firstly, the issue of accuracy with my order was prominent. Not once, but twice, my order was incorrectly prepared. I specifically requested a the special of 2x Sausage McMuffin without sausage, yet both times it arrived with sausage, despite clearly stating my preference at the ordering kiosk. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating and time-consuming, as I had to wait for them to remake my order.
Secondly, the demeanor of the employees in the kitchen was unprofessional and concerning. While waiting for my corrected order, I observed the kitchen staff laughing and chatting among themselves, seemingly oblivious to the fact that orders were being mishandled. Their lack of concern for efficiency and customer satisfaction was evident, as they continued to make mistakes without a sense of urgency or care.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was disappointing. The usual efficiency and cleanliness I expect from McDonald's were noticeably lacking. Tables were dirty and there was a general sense of disorganization among the staff.
In conclusion, my experience at McDonald's for breakfast was far from satisfactory. The repeated mistakes with my order, coupled with the careless attitude of the kitchen staff, made for a frustrating visit. Read moreI asked for hot chocolate and they gave me a warm chocolate, the seasoned employee told me that is the way it comes out of the machine, then i said then it is a warm chocolate, not hot chocolate, could you microwave it and make it hot, the employee who i think was the manager, he said no because we can not take things back, then he started to walk away, and i said wait wait, you can take your warm chocolate and give me a new one then, he said ok. I think he did not care and was walking away and ignore my problem. They gave me another warm chocolate. Why they always blame the machines? The new employee next to him was nicer and understood the problem more and apologized. The place is nice, clean and the attitude of the new employee was better.
