Tacos Los Mismos — Restaurant in El Monte

This restaurant is a local staple and used to be located on Rush Ave in South El Monte where it was called "Tacos Omañas." It was very popular with warehouse workers in the area. They recently relocated to Tyler Ave and rebranded themselves to "Tacos Los Mismos."

Either way, the food is great. They have their own unique flavor and spin on classic Mexican fast food dishes like tacos, burritos, and plate combos. My favorites are the shrimp fried tacos (aka tacos de camarón dorados), and I also dig the chile relleno burrito which makes for a fantastic breakfast.

This guy used to be on Rush by Rosemead in South El Monte but I didn’t find them one day when I wanted to eat some good shrimp, tacos, and cabesa tacos , it used to be tacos Omanas at the other place after eight years of trying to find them, I finally found them and I found El Guero, which is an awesome funny guy. The worst place ever. I asked for my tacos with no chile and when i got home all of them had chile . So i had to go back. I told him that my order was wrong and he was very rude to me arguing that it was my fault. I told him to not be rude cause i was talking to him not in a rude way.
