I got off work after I arrived at Carl's Jr at around 1 :20 am. I ordered charbroiled chicken club Sandwich, the Chicken club baking baking inside the sándwich also order some start chicken also ordered the build your own bag meal and the star nuggets were not included they forgot to add those the food is not free I pay my for my food every customers that's goes out to eat pays for their food therefore we should get what we pay for it's not okay for management or any staff to forget what customers are asking for paying for my order was supposed to be ready around 1:33 am I sat in the drive thru till 1:52 am I got tired of waiting for my food I went inside. To see why it was taking a long time for my order to be made when I went inside it was empty there was only 1 family already sitting down eating no other customers were there the manager didn't bother to apologize for the food to be taking a long time I finally got my order walked out realized I didn't get my receipt went back inside to ask for my receipt there is a sign that the customer doesn't get their receipt they're supposed to get a free western burger he didn't even offer me the western burger when I came in to ask my receipt he didn't even notice that I came in I had to call him out to come to me to ask him for my receipt again he didn't even apologize for forgetting to give me my receipt im very...

Today for absolute no reason at all I was met with such rudeness and hostility by the guy running the drive-through. From the moment he spoke to me he was giving me attitude, first he was annoyed because I didn’t specify that I wanted the combo and actually said “you didn’t say you wanted the combo” even though I didn’t say anything to trigger him. Then I asked for their tropical refreshers. He tells me there’s a strawberry lemonade and a tropical refresher. I told him I’ll take the strawberry one and he told me that’s not a refresher ma’am that’s just a lemonade. Again, I did not ask. The tone of voice he used is how I imagine you would talk to a child or somebody who’s not smart. Whoever you are, just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you can go ruining somebody else’s. I will not be stopping by this Carl’s Jr. again. Don’t mention how long it took to make it ready. Honestly, I hate when the reply to the comments is “I am sorry that we could not meet your … blah blah”. It is not my expectations, is your duty as a restaurant to give a nice and decent service as well as good food. Do something, put a new manager. Fire those people if they don’t want to work. That is not our problem. So whenever they want to offer the service o must wait, c’mon! Two clients left because they were left almost 10 minutes standing without taking the order and no other client was in line!
