Read moreI went to go pick up my online order after getting off work to get denied my meals. I was told by the the lady inside that presented herself as a manger that I wouldn't be receiving my meal because supposedly her system was off and they were cleaning the kitchen. I told her that if that was the case why would you take my order and still charge me for it. All she had to say was " I don't know why it let you. " and I don't have anything to give you you would have to come in the morning to pick it up.. I was like really you saw me pull up you could have told me or signaled me that its closed i would have gone somewhere else and she just shrug off like no care in the world very unprofessional, I asked for a refund , she said she couldn't do anything. I asked her for some type of free meal card in exchange she just said you could just come in the morning since your order is there, what a waste of my time and unprofessional. If she is a who she said she was there is other ways of approaching situations like this....
Read moreCame in on a Sunday morning in September. French toast sticks were hard and Supreme Croissant was cold. I was there 45 minutes and a huge dead roach was dead on the floor 3 feet from the order counter the entire time time I was there. I knew the manager saw it because he walked around it and the employee cleaning the floor never picked it up after he finished. I told the manager to please have someone pick it up because it wasn’t exactly appetizing to see it as you are eating or ordering the food. He just stared at me, didn’t say anything, just stared at me. I stayed an additional 10 minutes and it was never picked up. Really is it so hard to use that broom to sweep a bug out the door? Customer after customer came in and saw it and had to walk around it. You’d think that would be the manager of a restaurant’s first thought to get that bug picked up so customers don’t see it.
