Visited on Saturday Oct 5, 2024 and ordered a large menudo for me and a small one for my wife. When it came out, my large menudo had NO carne in it. My wife's one has a little bit, but mine had absolutely none. My wife was upset and brought my menudo back and told them she'd like to get a little bit of carne in it or just return our money back. We saw several customers after us that had carne in their menudo.
After about 15 of waiting, I split the small menudo with my wife. The employee came back with the money for a small menudo. My wife told her the problem was with the large menudo that we returned. She came back several minutes later with the money for the large menudo and we left.
TAKEAWAYS They could have easily choose to put a couple of pieces of carne and that would have solved the problem and made the customer happy.
The menudo here is usually pretty good but with thus level of service, I'll have to pass.

My first disappointment was at the drive thru where it is true that they take long at the drive thru. I was trying to get Blanca's attention so twice I blew my horn which she did not respond. When she came to the drive thru I told her I was trying to get her attention twice to ask her to separate my order into two bags, she rudely raised her voice at me saying " SHE WAS BUSY MAKING MY GORDITAS". Just this morning, I asked for 1 egg burrito, the egg was under cooked, it was as if they forgot to flip it, and the wrap full of yolk. Other items were asked to be placed on the burrito and it seemed as if the restaurant has a shortage of items. I am at a loss looking at this burrito, so I threw it away.
