Have gone twice in the past 3 days. First time was Friday night and customer service was on point. Young man offered suggestions of popular flavors and lemonade was ready quick. Went today and young lady seemed rushed and as if she didn't want to be there. Take note that I was the only car placing an order. I like to tip our local businesses but she was so rushed, I wasn't given the opportunity. I also asked easy ice on both lemonades and that was ignored. I wasn't able to tell her because as soon as she handed the lemonades she ran inside. The lemonade is very good and they have a huge variety of flavors. When I go back, if the same young lady is taking orders, I'll pass and go elsewhere. Unfortunately, customer service provided by businesses can make or break you.

I came in to order a strip combo and an extra lemonade and was charged $27.81. I wasn’t given a receipt, but I also tipped, thinking nothing of it at first. Later, the total seemed unusually high, so I drove back to check the menu prices. When I asked for a receipt, the employees immediately seemed to know what was going on and acted like it was an accident. If I hadn’t gone back, I would’ve never known. I received $6 back, which still doesn’t add up. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed I was charged for items that were already included in the combo, as well as for sauce. I’ll never return to this location again. Whether it’s poor training or dishonest employees, something is clearly wrong. This didn’t feel like an accident—someone just got caught.

Just got our food 10 minutes ago. We should have checked the items before leaving The corn dogs were burnt. The stick was also burnt. The french fries didn’t look like fries they were also burnt. It’s a shame that they know the food was burnt. Yet they gave the burnt food to the customer. They have no ethical value of honesty. I would have more respect if they would have said sorry we accidentally over cooked food would you mind waiting to redo the order. But nope, they took our money and sent us home with burnt food. I’m positive it would make one sick. Beware check your order before leaving We learned our lesson. I’ll be going to Weinerschnitzel from now on What a waste of money.

I only really like the ramen korean corn dogs from here and was looking forward to it as I had 30 min before an event. My partner and I placed our order of 4 korean dogs and 3 normal ones which amounted to about 40 dollars plus a tip that we gave the attendant on the pad. She later comes out and says they dont have any of the korean dogs. We were a little bummed and said okay and asked if we could have a refund for the korean dogs we ordered. She proceeded to tell us that it would take a long time to do so and she would not be able to contact her boss right now who was the only who could do that. Which was just a way to say no. She said we should just replace it with something else on the menu as everything is the same price. I didnt like anything else but decided to not make a fuss and replaced it with some hotdogs I didnt really want. At this point we were frustrated that our order and money were taken when they didn't have the items we wanted. We wondered how they could take orders and accept money without making sure they had the items, knowing they couldnt give refunds easily. We called the attendant again and asked if we could talk to the boss or have any contact info to express our frustration at a later time, but were told that our opportunity for that was over as we had already input another replacement order. Which we only did because she told us there was no other option besides wasting our money. We asked if we could have any compensation for the mistake on their part and we were told no. This was all said back at us with attitude, as if we were the ones that had made the mistake of ordering and paying for something they didn't know they didnt have. Also the hot dog weenies...

We have been coming here for the longest time but after today’s experience, we will not be returning. Management you need to do something in regards to the rude lady’s taking the orders, we were regular customers and frequently came here to pick up take out for the whole family. In todays occasion we came to get drinks only, we asked for extra flavor and extra tajin, and we GOT charged for extra “syrup” and extra tajin. When the young lady brought our drinks they had “a few sprinkles of tajin” the lemonade had ZERO mango syrup and tasted like water, and had so much ice that there was hardly any drink in the cup. Then I went ahead and said “excuse me, we payed for extra tajin and mango syrup” And then the young lady with a bad attitude responded “yeah that’s extra tajin and syrup” We didn’t want to argue back and forth, so we left. She was rude and clearly did the drinks wrong on purpose as it clearly seemed.

Owner/Manager HOW CAN YOU ALLOW THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR FROM ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES? Customers is what keeps your business alive and specially those that are frequent clients, but your employees clearly don’t care, they are not trained, they neglect the food preparation etiquette, they lack customer service skills and clearly don’t care to do their jobs right. Why pay them then? This happened today Friday @1:05pm for your reference so you can look into...

If you plan on paying with cash make sure to get a receipt!! Yesterday 6/12/22 I took my family for some lemonade got 3 drinks total was $15 and some change I paid with a $20 bill and when the lady brought my change back without the receipt I realized she shorted me $2 dollars I didn't tell her I thought the change was wrong I just asked if I could get my receipt so she went back inside and came back with the $2 I suspected I was shorted and the receipt and told me "sorry I forgot to give you $2!! This is Crazy! I don't believe it was "forgotten" I belive she was stealing my change in an attempt for a tip, little did she know I had a $5 tip waiting for her until I notice my change shortage!! I'm seriously surprised at the audacity of people! Extremely unprofessional and if she steals from customers I can only imagine she steals from her...
