Poor Leadership poor accountability, poor maintenance of equipment, poor customer service, and overall garbage training for GM at this location. Waiting for my food order for over an hour on a morning weekday at this empty facility due to the GM Luis burning my food order, very huge FIRE/SAFETY issue. GM Luis who is suppose to lead by example burns my food order, this is complete idiocracy and incompetent GM corporate please get address before he burns down this facility endangering lives of customers, his employees, the employees of the surrounding area and property
Ticket machines numbers are off from this facility this issue has been brought to management attention. Prior Manager (Manager1) was great, apologized and instructed my party to take pictures of the results then if there is a problem show the manager on duty the pictures and then the tickets will be added to my party's account.
On 30 July My party visit this facility. Once again My Party's ticket number was off and as instructed by a Manger1 from GM Luis's staff My party showed GM Luis our pictures. GM Luis accused My Party of theft and did not believe My Party's story. I ask GM Luis to please look into my account history see all the visitations/money spent at all the locations. GM Luis refused to do this request. I also told GM Luis My party was following instructions per his Manager1 prior. GM Luis stated that this Manager1 is causing theft to the Company and needs to be fired. GM Luis would not help My Party and told us to call Guest Relations number. According to GM Luis My Party was missing over $100.
GM Luis demonstrated poor customer service, poor communications skills, poor listening skills, poor common sense and overall substandard performance especially as a GM.
My Party got really upset on how we were treated and left this facility.
Instead of being a good facilitator to provide a great experience for his customers at this facility GM Luis turned this himself, the facility and his lower ranking staff into money hungry demons.
All GM Luis had to do was look into My Party's account history and see in 10 days my party has spent over $500 at all the company facilities in the El Paso area.
GM Luis has done nothing to fix this situation on how his ticket machine are not working properly even though this issue has been brought to his attention. GM Luis Monte’s treats the Customers like thieves!!!!

We came today to this Chuck Cheese because it was our favorite. When we were buying the food we asked the staff to check how many tickets we have on our cards. Unfortunately we didn’t have the amount of tickets that we souped, it wasn't the first time it happened we have the pictures from our last visit because the Manager from this location told us to do that . The general manager Luis A. Montes said that he do not believe us and if we want the missing tickets back we need to call Guest Relations. The manager from the beginning treated us like cheaters as I mentioned it didn’t happen to us for the first time that we were missing tickets. Before we were showing the picture to the manager with the tickets from our last visit and they give them back. The General Manager Mr. Montes was saying that we came to other locations we spend the tickets on the price and now we want to scam him on the tickets that are worth 100 dollars. When I ask him what is the worth of one ticket he said 1 penny . We were missing over 1000 tickets so this is 10 dollars. Obviously the General Manager can’t do the simple math and he didn’t even check our client history. Later the same day we go to another Chuck E. Cheese 1910 N Zaragoza Rd, El Paso the amount of tickets was correct there. Here I add the picture with the date and an hour of taken in Chuck E Cheese on Zaragoza Rd. There are as well pictures that I showed to Mr. Montes that had been taken on Thursday when we were visiting Chuck E. Cheese. We are very disappointed of what happened and we are no longer able to have fun in this place because of what happened and that we were treated like thieves. I honestly don't recommend this place, Mr. Montes didn't want to help us, he had no respect to us he treated us like frauds from the beginning he assumed that we wanted to deceive him. If you treat every customer like a thief, it probably means something is wrong. We are coming to Chuck E. Cheese 3 or 4 times a week to spend some nice time as a family and we always order food. We paid for a birthday party and kept waiting for cups and plates, then they would only bring 3-5 at a time. When I had from 10-15 guests waiting. Also don’t even bother buying extra items like wings because by the time they bring them to your table, your 2 hours are practically over. Also be prepared to pay over $35 + for the large order of wings which I was told by BOTH cashiers on the register that the large order was 24 wings But when they brought the wings to us there was only 16 wings! As soon as the employee came to our table I asked about the 8 missing wings and was told that they sell them by weight! They seriously need to train and inform the cashiers better it seemed that no one knew what was going on or how to answer customers questions. This place is very overrated. I can remember great memories from my childhood and going to chucky cheese but that is not the reality now. They have terrible customer service and have lost our business.
