I have been trying to correct a shorted order happened on 6/7/22 at the 6031 N. Mesa restaurant. I had an immediate reply to my complaint, when I was not available to reply due to illness, they have completely disavowed my complaint. On 6/7/22, my youngest child graduated from Franklin High School; the graduation was performed on a Tuesday evening, afterwards, we were in a group of 14, including family members from Houston and Los Angeles. There were too few places open that could accommodate a large order. We traveled from UTEP's Don Haskins center to Carl 's Jr at above mentioned restaurant, after placing a large order (over $ 90.00) and leaving a # 10.00 tip, the order was shorted for 5 members of our party. We arrived home at 9:35 PM and upon finding out the mistake, we called several times, the last time the phone rang over 30 times while we drove back to the store. We arrived at a few minutes after 10 PM; the store was closed even though their website and the sign on the door said they closed that day at 11:00 PM. We bought replacements for our disenfranchised and hungry members at Whataburger at 10:35 PM. I have been trying to get a friendly solution to this mistake on their part to no avail. Well I didn’t know I was gonna learn the entire app process, but “thank you” to Arturo Hologuin for explaining it to me, how was I supposed to know that I shouldn’t scan my app and that I should first consult you before doing so, even after I tried to explain my reasoning being that right in front of me is a scanner facing my direction and under in big bold letters it’s “SCAN HERE”. Nowhere does it say check with cashier before scanning. Arturo proceeded to give me additional information about how my coupon probably won’t work because I was only purchasing a drink, he said “ I don’t know it’s the system”. Guess what my code worked. And then we shared a nice moment where we stared at each other until I had to ask for my cup. He then asked me if my order was for here or to-go, I responded with “to-go” and my order was made for “here”. Instead of going through another encounter with Arturo again I just grabbed my burger off the tray and walked out. Read more(For a quick conclusion please read the end) EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE! Do not even consider this as an option to go eat! As soon I entered the place, the floors were noticeably sticky and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for months. My shoes felt gross even after I stepped out of the place. Once I entered the restrooms, there was absolutely no soap. I asked an employee of they could refill it. They tried to be nice, despite their act they were visibly irritated by my request. I sat down at a table and the place was infested, I MEAN INFESTED BY FLIES. I immediately lost my appetite, I even felt a bit nauseous 🤢. I tried to get a Sprite drink from the soda fountain and it tasted like soap, it was bitter, almost as if the fountains corn syrup hadn't been replaced in a long time. There was also a tray of food that had been left for presumingly a few hours, since the flys were all over it. I LITERALLY GOT GOOSEBUMPS.
