There were SO MANY Bone Fragments found in their Chicken! VERY SHARP AND HARD Bone Fragments. Not to mention the "Chicken" doesn't even taste like Chicken. They are Abnormally Shaped Pieces of some kind of Meat with a Dry, Hard to Chew, and Unpleasant Taste. The Sauce they drizzle on the Meat is liquidy and has NO Authentic, Home-Made-From-Scratch taste. It's most likely Pre-Packaged Ready-To-Use Commercialized Sauce they throw on everything they "Make". 2 of my Teeth got cracked on the Top Left Side of my mouth from the Sharp Bones in the Meat. This was So Embarassing considering I bought $68 Bucks worth of this Trash to feed my Guests (Friends and Family) at my house, who also experienced Bone Fragments in their Food. We All Did Not hesitate to stop eating this Trash Immediately. Called and made a Complaint, instead of them offering some kind of Solution or Assistance, they HUNG UP ON ME. I can't even Believe they're STILL in Business. I don't get it. Save yourself the TIME and TROUBLE, your HARD EARNED CASH, and your TEETH. Avoid this China Wok on Lee Trevino across Hanks High School. Unless you want Meat that I'm not even sure is Actual "Chicken" with Sharp Bones in Every Bite, be my guest. I have Pictures of some of the Bones I found in the "Chicken". If there is an Option Available to Post them on here, I will. Please Beware of Restaurants like these who don't give a Rat's A**
Read moreWhat a dump this place has become. Years ago, the owners cared about food quality and service. Not the case anymore. I once walked in and the cashier was at the counter area shoveling cooked chicken poppers from a box into styrofoam take out trays. Yeah, that should’ve been a red flag to do a 180. Unfortunately, they have cut corners all around and the poor cooking skills can no longer be ignored. If you order take out, they’ll switch out chicken for beef egg rolls thinking you won’t notice. This has happened to me more than once. The quality of food has gone downhill exponentially. Also, the place needs a good scrubbing. 🤮 Plus, be wary of you use debit cards. The cashier will quickly punch credit and not give you a chance to press debit so you’ll get charged the 3.9% surcharge. It’s not legal to charge a surcharge on debit cards but they override that by being sneaky and pressing the credit card option. How many people have they done this to? The owner needs to step up, stop doing shady business, clean up this joint, hire some good cooks, and make it what it used to be. If it keeps on this trajectory, no doubt in time it will go out...
Read moreToday I placed an order over the phone, I asked if I could pay over the phone and the lady said yes. She took my order, took my card information twice & repeated my card information correctly back to me but then when we arrived to the restaurant to pick it up they said the order wasn't paid. I checked my bank account and the order wasn't charged. They claimed they never took my card info and refuse to be of any help. The women at the counter had an attitude and of course no one remembered taking my order and card information. Now I have to cancel my card and get a new one because someone took down my card info and might have left it somewhere on a piece of paper. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend, they might just save your card information and keep it for themselves. I don't understand why the lady took my card information, repeated it back to me but didn't charge the order to it. Did she just write it on paper and take it? I'll never know because they claim they did no wrong and won't acknowledge...
