China Express — Restaurant in El Paso

As I entered this abomination of a place. They spoke to me in English. Yes I must specify. I took my cup to the fountain drink and the Diet Pepsi ,Crush and Dr Pepper were flat. I called for assistance and a lady grabbed a cup ,served herself and didn't do anything about it. Then I went and told another lady and she went and pressed the trigger on one of the drinks and said ,yes it does have gas. I said no Mam, and the drinks not only they are flat, they smell bad and taste like dirty hose water. I said please taste them and you'll see. Other clients heard me and they agreed with me. It was around five people that even said, that's why I never buy a drink and only get water because the drinks are smelly and dirty. The two ladies there made a face and left rudely saying that I was a Negri#o mamon. (They thought I didn't speak spanish) So I chose to ignore their ignorance. But there was also a guy with them and he said well there's nothing we can do but you can call Pepsi ,he said sarcastically. I told him ,listen brother, I paid for a drink and a buffet not to be called names or be treated unfairly and without respect. I came for help and all you do is call me names and act rudely when all I'm asking for is help. Or a solution. He pulled me to the side and said: I'm sorry but I dont own the restaurant brother and this people dont care about anything here, so why should I man. That's why us here we don't drink from the fountain drink. But he told me that part in spanish because the owners or manager, I'm guessing they were near. He said bro I'm sorry man I just work here. I said it's okay man but F..... come on, insults and rudeness for no reason. So we squashed it quick. I went got some food, but I couldn't find gloves so i just proceeded to not ask for any, I didnt want to upset anyone and get lynched over a pair of gloves. I was extremely hungry and the food was cold, but really cold, but I ate it cold because I hate throwing away food and I dont think thats right. I went and got some more food and I was grabbing each serving utensil with a napkin ,I noticed people coughing and grabbing their noses and still finger licking while at the food bar. And that's when I had to step away and leave. They do play awesome music. So if you want to listen to some good jams while people call you cuss words and treat you rudely while eating cold food. Come here to this abomination of a place and get treated like trash.

PS: If I had seen the canned drinks in the refrigerator by the entrance would've bought some and continue with my life but I was never given a solutio.

This is my 1st & last time in this dead place. 1st... The Chinese lady is robotic 😏🤦... No smile... No eye contact... Just asks you if to go or dine in 2nd...FOOD: I scanned what was there. (A) The Chinese noodle was dead... Not the kind of Chinese food real Chinese people will come back for. It was greasy, bland, no vegetables(thinly sliced carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, thinly sliced cabbage & not even a tablespoon of meat). (B) Egg drop soup... Dead... It was bland... Too watery... Cubed carrots dominated the "egg" drop soup. (C) Chop suey... This is a joke... It was bean sprout 🤦... Chop suey is sautèd vegetables(broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, quail eggs, soft thinly sliced meat or shredded chicken, all these sauteed in small amount of fresh vegetable oil &a balanced amount of sesame seed oil & soy sauce with a "small" amount of sugar mixed with good amount of cornstarch dissolved in water to make it saucy. I can guarantee, a Chinese person will turn the kitchen upside down. (D) Pho soup... customers can make their own which my husband did... The liquid was bland 🤦(E) the cubed gelatin according to my husband tasted chemical 😩 (F) fruits were all dead 🫥 3...The place... 2 or 3 light fixtures were busted & I don't know for how long already. The place is quite dark. I don't know how the blinds have been cleaned, if they were even cleaned. The music was the only thing that anybody could probably enjoy but even that you would notice, the speaker is almost busting out 🤦 4... The ladies restroom... 😖 The smell of acid welcomes you. My husband told me that that upon entering you would like to get out of there immediately, 🤢🤮 5.... KITCHEN FLOOR... Black & greasy. I can't see most of the kitchen, but it seems it's also something healthy department should inspect. Chef Ramsey will totally get pissed & fire most of the "chef" who were just talking their lives away 🤦 6.... Nobody came to us & ask how was the food... Did we need anything... Are we done with our plates... NOBODY. My husband & I just had to put our plates & bowls on a vacant plastic shelf(?)

TO THE OWNER OF THIS CHINESE RESTAURANT--- CHECK YOUR PLACE, FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES TO THE FOOD TO FLOOR.

I GUARANTEE YOU, YOUR BUSINESS DIE A SLOW DEATH.

Walked in to grab a to-go plate, Had the wings before and really liked them. Paid almost 15 bucks for a rather small to-go box, as I was selecting my food, the manager lady at the counter walked up to my plate and said "you have too many wings" "extra 5 dollar charge", than grabs my plate and walks to the counter, I stated I wasn't finished getting my food. She ignored me and gave me my money back. I was shocked at how this lady treated me. I stated "I guess I won't be coming here anymore" to which she replied "Good!! " Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. Everything except the wings looked cold and runny like it sat for days and days. Low quality food, most raciest, rudest, horrible manager I've ever seen in my life. Don't waste your money here, please go anywhere else and realize anything is better than this place, anything, even McDonald's. Heed my warning!!!! BEWARE OF CHINESE MANAGER, SHE WILL FOLLOW YOU, LOOK AT WHAT YOUR GETTING, AND THEN TRY TO UPCHARGE YOU AFTER YOU ALREADY "OVERPAID" FOR YOUR PLATE. SHE DOESN'T LIKE ANYONE GETTING TOO MANY WINGS, BUT YOU MIGHT GET CONFUSED SINCE THE WINGS ARE WITH THE REST OF THE SLIME BUFFET FOOD. BUYER...
