Been living in El Paso for the better part of two years. I've worked in several smoke shops before, so I'm well aware of how inventory/ordering product is done. I've never shopped or worked anywhere before where product sold and was not replaced, especially not if you had a regular customer base who purchased the product. Been trying now for almost half a year to have a constant supply of American Spirit RYO in a pouch at ANY of their locations, and no one is able to provide it, to provide a proper inventory list to whoever does inventory or to give any information as to WHY you would not carry one of the most expensive RYO tobaccos in a "smoke shop" Only was told today, by likely their one helpful employee, that they just don't carry it anymore, as of a month or so ago.
I buy a pouch a week, when I can find the goddamned things, regardless of price. Having a hard time reconciling this apparent lack of care or lack of interest in a constant sale with the idea of this being a "smoke shop"

I walk in to a store on this evening, and the employee decides to go political on me because of a sticker he saw in my wallet. Now this is for the manager of this store: It really shouldn't matter to the employee working there what I'm wearing or what I decide to support. I felt judged, and incredibly uncomfortable. The only reason why I didn't continue arguing with the IGNORANT employee is because there were customers there, and as a business owner myself, I know better than to make others uncomfortable.
