I was so disappointed ☹️ I work night shift close to this location so I often go and grab my coffee and of course I’m aware that this location closes at 23:00. Usually, I get there around 22:40 and I always get my coffee and everything good, but this occasion I was in line at exactly 22:43 and three cars in front of me. Around 22:45 the worker inside saw me in line and the first two cars moved fast but the last one they took forever to get the order ready and I was like okay maybe it’s a big order. The car got to the window around 22:50 and at 22:58 they get their order and is a SMALL ice coffee!!!!! I get to the window at 22:59 and the girl tells me “I’m sorry we are close” I told her “ I have been in line since 22:43” she said I’m sorry but the system automatically shuts down. That I totally understand. HOWEVER, where is the COURTESY of letting me know! Easily she could even give me a signal from the window or even come outside and mention that at 23:00 the system will shut down. At that point that could have been my decision to wait or just leave! I ordered through in person window, and when I get there a lady is complaining about her order, I think just a grumpy customer, but when it was my turn to order; I only order one kids cotton candy smoothie, it was my first time ordering from Dutch bros and the employee seemed rush and she didn’t really care to answer any of my questions. I placed the order with whip créame, only to not get any. It was just ONE simple order. I then walked back to ask for the whip crème; but there was another person ordering, I patiently waited for my turn but the girl attending his order looked at me and when it was my turn left!
