Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Paso

I Placed an order through the drive through at around 11 am. I asked for 4 sausage croissants, 2 hash browns, and honey garlic sauce. Once I got home I realized they gave me 4 supreme (ham) croissants , and honey mustard. I drive back to the restaurant and asked for a remake. The manager took my receipt and remade my order. Almost 20 minutes had passed and I had not received my remake. I was about to be late for work so I asked the employee for a refund. She said yes but didn’t ask for a manager, she turned around and kept working. A few minutes later she hands me my order but I had already asked for my refund. I had to be at work in 10 minutes and I wasn’t going to have time to eat it anymore. She said she was going to get a manager but instead she went to go get the girl that took my order wrong in the first place. Idk if they ever went to get a manager or not. I walked out of the restaurant and called the store on my way to work. The lady said she could not give me a refund bc the order was remade and I had left it on the counter, and basically called me a liar by insisting I ordered the supreme instead of sausage. I would like that manager to know I do not eat ham so I know better than to order the supreme.She took my receipt away and I now have no proof of my incorrect order. I would also like to note I went earlier this week to this location and they got my order wrong as well. Jeremiah was more than welcome to correct my order that time. So if this store has a history of getting orders wrong then why is your manager...

I went today in the morning. I'm allergic to the corn so when I ordered the southwest salad I asked if that could be fixed. The cashier said she would let the cook know. I'm approached by the manager saying they can't make a new salad.... That they come pre-made which in a way is true but they can make a salad as well. I worked for Jack in the Box before, we got the utensils, measuring cups and even a set of instructions on how to make the salad. This is the only jack in the Box that has made it hard for me to get a salad... The rest just do it, it's an allergy. So after letting the manager know of this she said "let me find someone that can make you a new salad" which I'm think okay cool. I let the hole going around in circles deal. I got my salad and ate half of it there. Went home and I felt sick after a while. I was throwing up and my stomach was hurting. The salad is all I have eaten today nothing else. I didn't even eat the left over salad because since it's the only thing I ate is most likely the reason why I got sick. Idk what was done to it or if the person wash her/his hands but I don't appreciate it. Horrible...

Do not go here if you do not look like you speak spanish. I was disappointed with the experience we had today. We were met with attitude from the start, like the employees don't want to be there, which can be ignored, but when I asked for taco sauce because the condiment area was out of it, the cashier complained to her coworker in spanish about me for getting in her line just for taco sauce, four feet from me in clear view. I understood every word she said and was so shocked that she would complain about me right to my face. I couldn't say anything to her at that moment. I am deeply saddened to still see people behaving like they can say anything they want if someone doesn't look like they speak Spanish. I do not recommend this location as they condone this type of behavior and do not recommend anyone go as they clearly are willing to treat people...
