El Pabis Barbacoa — Restaurant in El Paso

I did not even get a chance to taste the food because I was waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. I understand that this restaurant is not considered a "fast food joint," however I was under the impression I would have received my food in a timely manner. If there was a backlog in preparation of my food, I would have appreciated a heads up sooner. Upon entry of the restaurant there was no menu visible. Worst customer service I've ever had, my oder was incomplete, i ordered a plate called hotcakes completos , it supposed to have bacon but didn't. When i asked the sever she just said yes it supposed to come with bacon but we run out, and she just disappeared not even offering some kind of substitute for the bacon. The food was ok but they should at least told me when i ordered my food that they had no bacon or if i wanted to get a different plate or something. Not to mention the waiting time to get my order was more than 35 for a simple order...
