Sol K-Dogs — Restaurant in El Paso

I usually love coming to this place every now and then but yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had so far. My partner and I went through the drive thru and ordered the match boba tea and #10 that comes with a k dog and kimbap and a drink. They told us the wait for the k dogs would be a 5 minute wait so we agreed to wait at parking spot 3. After waiting for more than 30 minutes and noticing the car that was parked after us received their food before we did my partner decided to get down to go inside and see what was going on. He told some lady that we had been waiting for our order for a long time and her response was “Maybe it was because they ordered less stuff than you” before giving her the receipt. Then she said they are out of the kimbap when they told us they had some for our order and we had already paid for it. Turns out one of the workers gave out our kimbap to the wrong car. We then asked if we could do a ramen instead and we would pay the difference and she told us no with so much attitude because she wouldn’t know how to charge it. She said the only think she could do was offer a little bag of chips or another drink which is nothing compared to price of a kimbap. If you want soggy half cooked K-Dogs and horrible customer service, this is a fine place for that. The drive through itself took 40 minutes for us to get through. My husband and I wanted to try a bit of everything with the family and spent around $50. You would think the employees would be a bit more nice to you when you place a big order, but they were more than irritated. They were dismissive when we said our thanks and they were visibly annoyed with the long order. As for the food, the Mozzarella KDog was extremely soggy and the cheese was not cooked completely. The other KDogs with meat were fine but still soggy. The only Kdog not soggy was the potato one. The Kimbap was good but flavorless, so not really anything to complain about. Honestly the best part was the teas. Wish we had a better experience as we really wanted our family to like it. Overall left a bad taste in our mouth figuratively...

Oh boy, where do I start??? Lol... The only good thing about this place is their food. Their service SUCKS! I have gone to this place about 5 times, the last 2 visits were extremely disappointing. 😞 One time my daughter and I went on a Saturday around 7 and we waited in line like for 20 minutes, right when it was our turn the cashier turned us down saying they ran out of batter, there were like 5 people behind us, they too got turned down, I told the cashier that they could have had the courtesy to tell us, but she just stayed quiet. This past Sunday we went again around 5:30 and this time they told my daughter it was about a 30 minute only to be told that they didn't like how the batter came out and they were not going to sell anymore. This is not how you're going to thrive in the business world... I don't think I'll go back, not with that...
