Xtreme Pizza Zaragoza Lower Valley — Restaurant in El Paso

I am honestly very disappointed with the service. It has taken over 2 hours to get our pizza delivered to us. It took 20 minutes of calling to reach someone and when we said we could just pick the pizza up ourselves she said the person just left 2 seconds ago. I.e they probably didn't want to lose out on the money from the delivery fee and tip that we said we would want back when we pick it up so they probably sent them out the door as we were talking. Also right before all of this they claimed it had already been delivered and when I said it hadn't they quickly changed the story and treated me like I was dumb for saying something.

This place cannot get an order right AT ALL. A few weeks ago my office ordered pizza from there and the pizza was not cut, after calling the restaurant we didn't even get an apology. So tonight we try again, and we asked that the pizza be cut in 64 slices as they advertise they can do. We get the pizza tonight and its cut, but not cut as we asked.

When I called the store the manager says that we just asked that the pizza be cut and that she took the order. I was standing there when the order was placed and she did ask for the 64 slices.

Again no apology nothing was rectified, we just got a better luck next time I suppose.

The service not good at all. They have a demanding business and yet they charge a 60cents fee for using a credit card. My order was a big order over 10 pizzas and u wotk for a bug company that places big orders on top of that you charge for plates 5 cents. I would understand if you run a slow business then charge for a credit card fee not on a business like you have. I won't come here or order large or small orders and I will pass this to my fellow friends and fellow coworkers running large teams that order from you in the past.
