Panaderia La Laguna — Restaurant in El Paso

Let me start by saying the good, I didn’t buy any bread but it did look fresh and delicious also smelled very good. Anyways, I went here because a buddy of mine recommended their burritos. I came amd there was a whole line wrapping around the hallway of the restaurant. They have at least 8-10 employees in the back on their phone, dancing, and washing dishes in the middle of a rush which was ridiculous to me. No customer should have to wait 20+ minutes JUST to order. Out of so many employees they only had two in the front. A young Cuh & a young girl with glasses. They seemed so upset about working they weren’t friendly or welcoming at all if anything more people would walk in and you can tell they didn’t like that. The burritos tortillas were AMAZING!! But the chicharron was tasteless and so was the rajas con queso. I won’t be back here unless it’s for Bread and the wait isn’t that long....

Worst service ever, the lady's on the front desk they act like cholas and they look like they dont want to work there. They always talk to you rude and they give you additutude. I'm not gong to lie, some food, but not all of it it's good, but the one good it's really good. I just don't understand why do they have to give a bad service if the the is the other and his a great person. I hope he talks to them and make them change. Thank you,

Ordered a cake 3 days before our event was told it would be ready at 8 am (they open at 5 am). Arrived at 9 am the girl that made the cake was just working on it. Had to wait almost 1 hour 😪. The cake was not the color I asked for and the pictures that were put on the cake were not set right, the cake it self was not moist. Very disappointed being that the cost of the cake was not cheap. Would not recommend this place at all...
