Speedys Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a pizza for delivery the cashier told me it’d be ready in 20-25 minutes paid for with card time passes over and nothing so I call to see what was going on and they told me that it wasn’t for delivery that I never told them it was but that was the first thing I said when they picked up the phone they tell me that it was my fault and they wouldn’t deliver I asked to speak with the manager and they told me that the manager was busy there was nothing they could do !! Im sorry if you’re gonna hire people please make sure they are doing their jobs right ! She kept asking for help multiple times I was put on hold about 4-5 times very unprofessional they close at 10pm I called at 8:36pm then to check where my pizza was at at 9 but they stopped delivering early I’m sorry I get everyone wants to go home but it’s a job and please check your staff about their...

I love this pizza place we always get the same orders and they are always delicious..but this last visit we had made the order online so I went and ran some errands before the time was up..I get there a and wait a bit because we have 15 min left..I kept seeing an employee come in and out with tools. So I decided to go and see if it was ready..come to find out the oven broke down and my order never made it in..not one call to let me know about what happened and I had been outside waiting..he talked to a girl that drove in at the same time i did and she left but couldn't tell me..I thought that was rude and unacceptable..and we r still waiting for our refund..so dinner was ruined..mijo was anxiously waiting and I had to think up something quick..with the little time I had because I have a lot to do..major part...

Should have been simple. Called to order for a non-prof. I was left on hold for 15 minutes, after answering I was told they weren’t delivering right now. I asked if they would deliver at a later time, he told me I don’t know alright. I understand it’s tough when employees don’t show up. It’s horrible being short handed and not knowing how the day is going to develop. But please always hold your composure and be kind. I hope business pick up for you and you find reliable employees.
