El Paso Wing House — Restaurant in El Paso

I came here on 3 separate occasions, and all 3 times have been extremely pleasant experiences.

I came during their grand opening and they started off as a counter service where you pay first and then sit down afterwards, My 2nd visit a week later I sat down and paid after I was done with my meal.

My 3rd visit, I tried their xtra hot wings, I am very impressed. I usually do really well with spicy foods, and this flavor got me good. Can’t wait to try their ghost pepper ones when they release that flavor. Took some wings to go.

Food Quality: They have some tasty flavors and their wings have been cooked to perfection. I’ve had their shoestring fries, waffle fries, and sweet potato fries. Nice crisp! You absolutely have to try their even sweeter waffle fries!

Vegetarians: cauliflower wings have a great batter, and crispiness to them.

Appearance: Place has looked extremely clean, staff regularly wipe down tables and counter, and everyone wears their masks properly. They have hand Sanitizer readily available as well.

Convenience: They have online ordering which is fantastic for ordering and paying ahead, and their hours are great for sports fans wanting to place orders in ahead.

I’ve paid using the QR code on their receipts, and I’m able to pay using NFC and ApplePay, without having to even take out my credit card. Super convenient!

Staff: Staff is super friendly and service has exceeded my expectation. ...

Server Liz is so rude Went to place an order on Saturday. Nothing big 6 bone in, and some appetizers for take out. We’ve been to this restaurant countess of times since it opened, great place and food but our server really left a bad taste with this experience. Liz according to our receipt short girl red hair and bangs, was not attentive at all, the customers that were dining in (small table of 3 behind us) we noticed she only dropped their food and they had to get up many times for what they needed with the server. 40 minutes passed the time I placed my order nothing was coming out, I asked the server she said 2 minutes which is fine. However a man came in around the same time I asked her. He placed an order and my order and his came out at the same time. She just tossed our bag on the table absolutely no “thank you” no “have a goodnight” nothing. I hope you guys manage accordingly, as your restaurant is one of my favorites for wing but it will take me a while to try to go...

First, and last, time at EP Wing House. The food was decent to say the least. I ordered the Lemon pepper bone in and my wife ordered Buffalo boneless, I also ordered a margarita. There was only 1 person waiting on tables, there was about 4 tables, the order took approximately 40 minutes for us to receive our food. We overheard the waitress talk in Spanish to her coworkers and my wife, who only speaks Spanish, ordered her food in Spanish and the waitress would reply in English, she did this several times. The food was bland, the boneless you could tell were frozen and the taste was not that great. The margarita was horrible, no alcohol taste, there was a lady, not a bartender, who made the drink and she put a huge piece of orange fruit and a cherry inside the drink, never have I seen this in a margarita.
