When reviewing an establishment, I always aim to highlight both the positives and negatives. Given this, here are the pros: drinks were good and we were able to get a pool table relatively fast and easy. Now on to the cons: We had a terrible experience that I believe ALL should know about this place. We arrived around 9:30 pm and opened our tab with a bartender. My friends opened up a tab with a server ; however, she never brought their drinks so they went to the bar to get their drinks. Throughout the night we had no issues, our server Selina was helpful and attentive to what we needed. At the end of the night (around 12:30 ish), we asked for our tabs and this is when things went south. Our server informed us that our cards were not at the bar and that the bartender didn't know where they were. We were in disbelief. How could a bar not know where their customers' cards are??? We opened our tabs with the bartender and server... how is it possible that our cards were nowhere to be found at the end of the night??

The manager of that evening approached us to say that her staff didn't know where our cards were. Her attitude was quite upsetting because she seemed annoyed that we kept requesting for them to keep looking for our cards. We requested they look at the surveillance cameras and she was reluctant (not sure if they even work). Luckily, my friend's card was found after we kept insisting they look for our cards. It turned out that her card was in the server's pockets who never got them drinks, but kept their card. Very shady... -__-

My fiance's card was never found. I am still in disbelief that a bar could be so poorly organized and managed. I will never return to this establishment after our experience, but one thing that I wanted all to know is the following: BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING A TAB THERE. They don't keep cards stored away in a safe container away from other customer's access. This could be why my fiance's card was lost. Perhaps someone took it or perhaps it ended up on the floor. We will never know, but please be safe when going there. No one needs to have their night ruined after realizing your debit card is nowhere to be found and now you have to go through the hassle of calling your bank...

We came in on a Monday night to have a couple beers and dinner, we were greeted by our server at the door and he let us know they had free pool on Mondays, I knew they also had $2 pints on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, so when I asked him for beer specials our server proceeded to say they did not have any even though they have a big sign upfront that says $2 pints all day Monday. We ordered an order of wings which were good 8/10 but when I asked for the check he just came back and told me the amount, I am used to getting a check and seeing what it is that I am paying for. I thought it was odd but I still paid, when I asked him if I could have a receipt of the items we paid for he said “ oh and I had to charge you for the pool table since it was past 12 and technically it counted as another day” even though it was 12:30. I didn’t want to make a fuzz about it since I was out with my partner having a date night. The next day I called the location to ask if they actually charged for the pool table after 12 since it was “another day”. Nadeen the manager told me that was not right, I had to suggest getting my money back and then she offered to return the 10 dlls charged for the table. When I mentioned that I didn’t think the server did a good job she passed it over her shoulder and did not validate my concerns. Anyways be careful when visiting this location and be aware of what they are...

So you’re telling me that you’re running an entertainment establishment where you go in sad and supposed to come out happy, but no, I went in happy and came out pissed off. This “manager “ lacking people skills and appearantly management skills too tells me that my card was “declined” yet the last 4 numbers printed on paper doesn’t match my card. I tell him that’s not my card run my card and he’s like no it declined and with a straight face he tells me to go use the atm, (which is located inside the bar) if you are sure the card it’s declining then common sense should tell you that at the atm it’s not gonna work either. So, to avoid any confrontation or issues because i was getting upset, because it was for sure that man was just trying to piss people off. I went to the Atm and guessed what, it worked and took out money and i paid the bill. Just had to pay the extra 3.50 for using the atm. The moral of the story, I guess, they need people to use the atm. And they enjoy lying to people to pay cash to claim loss or pocket that money. Owner of this place call me I'll fix and make your...
