El Toro Bronco — Restaurant in El Paso

The place was very nice clean and loved the water fountain. Our server sat us down and was very easy going . When the amount of people weren't going to show up and our party was less our waiter was switched and the lady who tended to us was wonderful. Food was good but it was very pricey. The chicken tasted identical to tacotote . We order 2 parilladas for 5 people 2 nugget plates and some barbacoa tacos but their presentation wasn't to my expectations. Hadn't gone in yrs and the last time I went it was a whole lot cheaper but with more to offer. We could have gotten the same thing anywhere else for half the price . Wont be going back thats for sure nice place but for what we got it wasn't worth it. Most places offer limes cilantro wacamole to accompany the tacos . The parrilla had chiles toreados which we didn't eat weren't fully cooked . Chile California and onions which we don't like . The potatoes just had butter where other places give you sour cream. The only reason I gave this place a star is because the food is good this has been my favorite restaurant since I discovered it 7 years ago, I haven't been there since last Thursday night in 3 years was super excited invited my family from out of state to this restaurant for us to be treated very poorly. No greet when we arrived around 630 pm 11/9, the waiter came 1 min after we sat down and ask us if we were ready to order felt very rushed!! messed up our whole order did not explain the menu! Had my 4 year old child eating spicy beans did not adv me they do not have retried after I did ask her. They brought out food in separate time we did not have a family dinner cuz some plp were eating and my other family members was watching us eat! Today Saturday we went to eat to this restaurant in north east, outside looks like is clean and inside it is as well ! The restaurant is not the best in food but so far I can give them 8 points of 10! Its clean and the service is very fast in my experience it really surprised me. Portions for 38 dollars is medium and kind small! Could be an improvement! We got meal for 2 people with pork meat and beef! A nice potatoes with butter and hatch Chile believe (toreados ) queso fundido etc. one thing I didn’t like was the tostadas and the salsas they were okay but they could be better! So far was tasty and enjoyable! The guacamole gets 10 of 10!! The place doesn’t sell drinks 🍺 so expect not to have margaritas! The waitress was very good and friendly! I will come back next time!
