As someone who has work fast food I just dont understand how you could give someone such horrible customer service if you really hate your job that much find something else cuz it's not the customers fault that you're working where you are. I called saying "I placed an order under my name and my dasher didn't get any drinks." I feel like that was enough clarification to state that I was not the delivery driver but the rude simple minded employee proceeded to give me attitude "well the manager told you to wait for the drinks." Clearly not understanding i am the customer so again to clarify "idk who she told maybe the dasher but I didn't receive any notification." Again clarifying that I am the customer but his simple mind still couldn't comprehend and continued to give me attitude "no she told you the driver that the drinks weren't ready." So ofc frustrated now I told him that I was the customer and I was going to go pick up the drinks. When I got there I was in the middle of my sentence when the person in the drive thru just said ok and closed the window and handed me my drinks rudely. What is with that? I understand you knew what I was there for but you could've at least let me finish my sentence and drop the attitude. It wasn't my fault the delivery driver forgot my drinks and your simple minds couldn't comprehend that I still have to pay more and because the driver messed up I still had to go pick it up defeating rhw entire purpose for delivery service just to still get an attitude. Honestly change your attitudes its not my fault you have your pathetic jobs if you dont like...
Read moreI Ordered two chicken sandwiches with no pickles, grilled onions, and tomato, a caramel iced coffee, supreme croissant sandwich, and a hash brown for my wife and son, while I am away on deployment. The sandwiches were messy, onions weren’t grilled, and the pickles were still there. The caramel iced coffee tasted more like water, not even coffee and no where near caramel. I wanted to give her a relaxed day not having to worry about food of all things because I’m the one who cooks for us. But an establishment that advertises quality food is lacking simple requests and respect for a product and the paying customer. She was very displeased with what arrived, even through her depression and anxiety she still ate it out of care for my efforts in taking care of her while I am away. I could not be more angry and utterly pissed off with this being the 4th restaurant I ordered from for her while I am away, hoping “haven’t had issues with them yet so maybe they’ll still be good”. “They aren’t like the others”. No, this Jack in the Box is just like the others when it comes to online orders, just because I can’t correct the mistake on the spot there’s no point in making the order right or taking...
Read moreOrdered online, picked up through drive-thru. I ordered a Oreo Mint Mocha Iced coffee, 2 ultimate cheeseburgers, and the sauced and loaded waffle fries. I get to the window and all they hand me is a bag no drink, we wait at the window until someone comes back, we let them know we were missing a drink, they make a super green drink and hand it to me. I said no that's not what I ordered. My boyfriend takes my phone inside along with this drink and shows them that, that was not the drink I ordered and they get mad at him. Also there were 2 jr jumbo jacks in the bag that we didn't order. Sorry, I want what I pay for. Not what you think I need. I made this money, I expect to get what I order. Let's just say I will no longer be ordering at this location during the day. They need to learn how to read receipts and stop giving customers the...
