I come here in the morning before work fairly frequent. I love a good blended mocha drink. Every time I order a blended mocha drink from here a few things happen, 1) The ice is not blended well enough and constantly clogs the normal size straw making it undrinkable. Fix: Order oversized straws for your blended drinks. 2) The drink is usually over flowing with sticky beverage residue down the side of the cup. Cant say how many times this has happened and it makes a mess of my hands and cup holder. Unpleasant. Please don't overfill the drink. 3) This is kind a unique thing that happened. So, the very last time I ordered from here I swear the girl at the window was stoned or something. So I get there early on my way to work with an 8 minute window to pick up a drink and a doughnut before I hit the highway to start my commute. She took 10 minutes alone just to put in the order and run my card. I even gestured through the window like, "are you good bro?" and she just blankly stared at me. Then once the order was in it took another ten minutes. So there I was... late to work. BUT WAIT there's more... When my coffee finally came... she handed it to me out the window and literally scraped the whipped cream off the top of it handing it through the plexiglass covid protector, you know... the thing that is dirty as F#&$ that was installed to catch unmasked peoples breath from entering the kitchen... at this point I was just like F$&% it I'm late for work, I gotta go. Since then I haven't been back. If I crave a doughnut I'll go back because their doughnuts are incredible. As for their coffee.. Im good honestly. I tried it probably 10 - 15 times before just giving up. So here's my review. Maybe if you guys get bigger straws ill try again.. but until then Im sticking with Starbucks...
Read moreSo I've been waiting a while to review this place because I thought it would get better but it never does. Every encounter I have here through the drive-thru seems really off. The first time I ever went was about a year ago and they were bees swarming the drive-thru window and instead of closing off the drive-thru and addressing it the staff were just swinging a piece of paper at the bees to try to fend them off. I found that incredibly dangerous especially if there's anybody in the store or through the drive-thru that would be allergic. Another time I went there were just piles of regular donuts laying out side next to the dumpsters. Clearly they were discarded but they weren't even put in bags. It was disgusting It might be a reason why the bees were so attracted to the area. My last interaction was Krispy Kreme was a couple of days ago. I ordered a latte only to be told they don't have lattes just regular coffee and frozen drinks. I found that strange for being 7:00 in the morning but I went ahead and ordered just a regular coffee and a single donut. It took them almost five minutes to fill my order. There were at least four employees that walked by the window and didn't even address me initially, A girl stood there and drank a drink and looked right at me but never collected my money or tried to serve. Eventually the girl who took my order with the headset showed up and filled my order, but it was a little ridiculous. I prefer Krispy Kreme to places like Dunkin but I won't be...

And usually they don't have want I came for and some of the staff has attitude aswell.. like how can you work in a business and represent this establishment with poor customer service and a dull sour personality..like really. How sad nowadays you pay more and you get in return poor service.oh by the way Also Raul this manager I dealt with literally has attitude. Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE RAUL..how can you be a manger with attitude and lack customer service.Raul FYI RESPECT is everything and goes a long way and guess what RAUL you lacked that aswell. But Andy as a manger seems to have a heart . I appreciate your donation Andy for the homeless...I usually come and buy dozens of donuts for the homeless and for my loved one. but I might jus take my business to Dunkin' donuts I'm sure the service well be better there than what I've dealt with at this location.Oh by the way the staff should be all on the same page. I'm told one thing then a different thing.... I'm positive nothing well resolve from this posting but I think I'll take my business elsewhere or willing to drive extra to go to another location..
